Recently remodeled with red leather couches, new modern flooring, and local black and white canvases for our travelers who are budget minded, but want a modern look to their home away from home.
Bedrooms both have queen beds including large master with walk in closet and office area.
Full kitchen including a newly added dishwasher, large fridge, stove and fully stocked kitchen.
Washer, dryer, parking and close to downtown & Appleton hospitals. Historic brick duplex with large deck/porch.
The space
Large fridge, stove, Smart TV, cable and ample off street parking give our travelers all the amenities of home in this cool two-bedroom upper.
This brick duplex is a historic building so stairs are steep. Just one flight, but a heads up for those with physical challenges.
Also of note the washer dryer are private in this unit and are located in your first floor entry mud room area before you go up the stairs.
This is a 100 year old duplex with more modern decor. Location is very close to downtown Appleton.
