Before booking: Breakers 3 requires a 28-night minimum stay. It's not a weekly rental — it's a property for guests who want to settle into Anna Maria Island for a month. If that's you, read on.
This is one of the last remaining Old Florida beach homes on Anna Maria Island — elevated, Gulf-front, and standing on the same stretch of Holmes Beach while newer construction has replaced nearly everything around it. The 2025 renovation brought new bathrooms and fresh bedroom flooring throughout while keeping the wood-paneled character and the bones that make this home what it is. Photos are being updated to reflect the 2025 renovation — the current images don't yet show the full improvements.
The deck spans the entire length of the home. Full width, elevated above the sand, with panoramic Gulf views in both directions. This is where the month happens — morning coffee, afternoon reading, evening sunsets, and the kind of unhurried outdoor living that a 28-night stay makes possible in a way a week never can. A private sand path at the corner of the property leads directly to a quieter, more secluded stretch of beach — less foot traffic than the main access points, which matters when you're here for a month.
The home sleeps eight across three bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bath. Guest Room 1 has a king bed. Guest Room 2 has two full beds plus two rollaway beds — the most flexible sleeping configuration in the property for families whose needs change over a longer stay. The living area has vaulted ceilings, original wood-panel details, and a smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a month of meals at home — which is what most guests end up doing, because the location makes it easy. Publix and everyday conveniences are nearby. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops close by for exploring the full length of the island. Three-car parking means the whole group arrives in their own vehicles without coordinating drop-offs.
Breakers 3 requires a 28-night minimum stay with parking for 3 vehicles. Not pet-friendly.
You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.
