New Mini split to offer heat & air in addition to the ceiling fan.

The space includes a 39-inch wall mounted smart TV & WiFi. Updated bathroom with shower includes starter pack of toiletries. Washer & dryer available.

Monthly stays include biweekly housekeeping.
