Great location, easily able to get to and from the trail heads, and into gatlinburg and pigeon forge, relaxing in the pool after a morning hike was amazing. We did have a breaker issue. Contact the host and it was fixed immediately.

Great experience all the way around.House was huge and beautiful! We had 12 people, 6 adults, 6 children (ages 6 - 13) and a small dog. Plenty big enough. Very clean, hot tub and pool were clean and worked great. Game room kept us all entertained. Location was fantastic 20 mins from major attractions. We will stay here again and will tell our friends about it! Thank you all so much!

Cabin was clean, communication with the host was great. We had abnormally warm weather and had to run the A/C. The upstairs air conditioning stopped working and within a few hours they had a technician on site fixing the issue on a holiday!!! We told them not to send someone out, but they did anyway. Beds were very comfy. Everything we needed was in the cabin for us. The cabin was very clean well insulated, we didn’t hear much from the outside. It’s located between Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so it was nice to be in between the two towns.

We enjoyed the cabin so much! Everything was very clean and comfortable! Check-in and check-out was smooth and the host was very accommodating. Our little ones enjoyed the pool, game room, and theater!

We had a Fabulous Graduation Celebration at the Great Escape. My 5th son graduated high school, so I wanted something spectacular; of course to celebrate him, but I felt like a rock star to finally get all my boys through high school. All but one of my boys went with us to The Great Escape. They played pool, went swimming, enjoyed the hot tub, the movie room turned into a gaming center...I searched high and low for a perfect place and this was it. Communication with the host was just enough....not too much, but perfectly timed. I always knew what was going on with my reservation almost like texting a friend. If you're still deciding stop....this is the one!! Last thing I'd like the host to know...the you tube video of our cabin was worth the money. I not only showed my sons, but also people I work with and other family members!! I Loved it!!!

Love this cabin

This is the perfect little piece of heaven for a beautiful vacation. Our little group had a wonderful time together between everything that the cabin had to offer we never got bored!! We will be back soon!

I would recommend this cabin to everyone as its a great place to stay! Very clean, easy check in, fast response time on messaging! The staff was very friendly! Our family had a great time! There were 9 of us total, 7 adults, a 10 year old and a 2 year old. There was plenty of room and lots to do at the cabin for everyone.

Best hosts

The cabin was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. But the Hosts were amazing, there was a welcome basket and they even called us to check to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Very relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay! We were very close to all attractions. The cabin had so much for the kids they were able to stay occupied our entire stay with no complaints. Very clean and the owners were excellent they communicated without delay responding to any questions that we had. We highly recommend this cabin for your next get away!

The view and cabin was great.I did not like the dogs next door coming over although the bigger dog was sweet but i had a dog as well. When we first pulled up the neighbors dogs were barking and came right up to us. I thought every bedroom had a bathroom however only 3 bedrooms had a bathroom. The outside decks were very nice. The 3 year old loved the game room and the pool.We did enjoy the pool and hottub.

Fantastic Property

We had an amazing time at this property! There were 12 of us all meeting for a family vacation to Sevierville, the property was perfect for us! We were all comfortable. The property has all the amenities we needed and more! The kids LOVED the game room, pool, and theatre. We enjoyed grilling together and the proximity to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Memories were definitely made by all! 10 / 10!

Very nice

Very nice. Enough to keeping the teens occupied and relaxing. Notvas big as the tour made it look. The pool was smaller than expected. Neighbors dogs a bit yappy. 1 of which was very sweet and visited frequently lol. Overall though very good stay and relaxing!

Fun cabin for anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The game room, theater room and pool were a huge hit with our kids. The hot tube was clean so we could relax. We were even able to play outside on the driveway/parking area because of the room and it didnt have any traffic. There were a couple of issues that were out of the property owners control, but once we relayed the issues, they were kind and quick to answer, even in the middle of the night! They were helpful and the communication was great. The cabin was clean and spacious.

Overall we enjoyed our trip and our stay in the cabin. The games, pool, hot tub and firepit kept us and our 7 year old entertained. The issues we had were mainly around comfort and convenience. These things didn't change our overall experience but could've gone a long way to enhance it. First was the shortage of USB charging ports. There were a total of 3 or 4 in the house and they were in the table lamps. Only one of them was on the main floor. This made charging electronics aggravating because we had to either move a lamp or charge our electronics in different rooms and on both floors. My suggestion would be to convert some of the wall outlets to 120V and USB combos. The other comfort inconvenience was the inability to adjust the thermostat above 72 degrees. We had temps in the low 20s and 72 didn't keep the house warm especially the upstairs because it is so open and airy. I get that this is a rental and intended to be profitable but limiting the thermostat to a 4 degree swing, no lower than 68 cooling and no higher than 72 heating, seems extreme. We were never truly comfortable inside the house when it came to the temperature. Lastly, the instructions for departure that were on the fridge were different than the instructions provided via text e.g. the instructions in the house said to place all bedding and linens in the bathtub while the instructions via text said to leave bed linens on the bed. We had already followed the cabin instructions on the fridge so who knows....
