Blue Haven 30a is all about the Location, the View & the Details! Our newly owned and managed condo is brand new to the rental market and directly on the Beach on Scenic Hwy. 30A! Come see why this will be your happy place. Enjoy sunrises, sunsets, your coffee or cocktails on our private balcony with private beach access to the sugar-white sand and beautiful, emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico on Seacrest Beach.

The Space

Amazing views of the Gulf from the Kitchen, Living Room, and Private Balcony! This property is a beach lovers dream!



Ramsgate #5 sleeps 2 and is under new management and ownership and upgrades are coming soon. The Master Bedroom offers a queen size (king coming soon) bed with posh linens. The sofa sleeper (soon to be replaced) offers new posh bedding as well.



Living room has flat panel, big screen, smart TV's to watch cable or streaming channels such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Living room TV to be moved to bedroom and replaced with larger TV. Wireless high speed Internet service and cable television are included.



Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook and dine in the home. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and a well-lit vanity. Washer & Dryer are provided in Condo.

The condo was very clean and very well appointed. Kitchen has all amenities. The view is excellent and access to the beach can not be beat. Shower and a hose to wash off the sand. Very peaceful and great porch to have a cup of tea or coffee to watch a sunrise or sunset.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at BlueHaven 30A was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. The accommodations were great and everything was just as described. The property manager Jeff @5star.getaways was by far the best I have ever dealt with in over 40 years of renting vacation homes. He promptly answered every question and sent messages during our stay to make sure we were having a great time. A great experience all around!

Wonderful stay on 30a!

Blue Haven is perfect for a couple's getaway. Ideal Gulf-front location on 30a on a low-key stretch of beach. Walking distance to the Hub, and a short bike ride to Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary. Seagrove and Seaside are biking distance as well. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of thought went into the small details. Hat-tip to the host, Jeff, who was very responsive and accommodated our last-minute request with ease. We will stay again.

A Hidden Gem

My son and I met the owner when she was renovating the condo in 2023. I thought to myself: one day I hope we can stay here! Well, it certainly did not disappoint. The condo is beautifully appointed and comfortable, very thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The furniture was all very comfortable and the appliances and tv worked very well. I cannot say enough positive things about this condo. We’ll definitely be returning!
