Was perfect for our visit to the university to see our oldest, for less than it would have cost for 2 hotel rooms for 2 nights.

Very nice property, just 10 mins from UNI. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and baths were very well stocked (more than what you would need!!) The sauna, jacuzzi and air hockey were a bonus! The furniture is a bit dated and could use some updating and cleanup. The host, Nick, is very responsive and accommodating and we had the pleasure of meeting him for a quick few minutes as well. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. My kids are still talking about the "toy house" that had an air hockey table in the basement. We loved the huge yard and would highly recommend this location.
