Room was great for what we wanted-a place to drop our stuff and rest for the next day’s outdoor activities! The bed could be a better quality. There are a couple of good places to eat within walking distance and access to the beach was super easy; literally across the street. Take your own soaps. ;) They are offered (including makeup remover) but I wasn’t a fan. Maybe I’m more high maintenance than I realize-haha. Overall, I would return!

The place was clean. The bed was really firm and not our cup of tea, but everybody has different taste. The only problem we had was with the internet. Several times during the week we had none. I don’t think we ever lost WiFi but got messages there was no internet, so streaming tv was sometimes out of the question. But, with blue skies and beautiful beaches, tv was way down the list.

Great condo by the beach!! The beach is literally right across the street & the condo is in the heart of 30A, plenty of food and shopping nearby. The AC was cold, the shower was hot, and the bed was comfortable, exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen is well stocked. The closet has shelves that allowed us to put food and clothes on while also leaving hanging space. There were also drawers under the tv for additional clothes. The pool is very close and the patio is pretty secluded while also still having a good view. The beach is right across the street making the walk over a breeze. The location is fantastic. We were close to restaurants and shopping. Also very short drives to Seaside and Rosemary! We have rented from Terri before and each time it has been great and seamless! Will absolutely be back!

We had an excellent stay! The property is incredible and stands out for being spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the balcony is super comfortable for relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, but the best part of all is definitely how close it is to the beach—the location couldn't be better. Highly recommended!On top of that, communication with the host was incredible; they were super responsive and attentive to our messages at all times.

We had a great stay at this condo. There is a beach access point directly across the road, which made for a quick 2-minute walk to the beach. It's also close to a few coffee shops and a bike rental shop. The condo was just what we needed for two people in terms of size and amenities. The kitchen had lots of pots, pans, and utensils to use. Overall, was a great and easy stay. My only complaint is that there were some dust bunnies under the bed and hair on the floor in the bathroom that the vacuum must have missed when we arrived.

The property was clean. It was very close to everything. We had a great time and were able to enjoy the town of Seaside and the beach for my birthday! The only recommendation I have is new sheets for the bed. The ones on the bed have little balls of cotton where they’ve been washed quite a few times…. But at least we knew they were clean! The entire condo was very clean! Our hostess was kind and let us check in early too! We were thankful for that! I can’t say anything bad about this stay!

This was a ladt minute booking and it was beyond our expectations!!! Flagship 115 was clean and very welcoming. Our host Terti, made sure we knew that she was available to help with whatever was needed. Beach was across the street. We will be back.

Perfect location

Everything was wonderful for our trip. We appreciated having Roku on the TV and the extra chargers in the nightstand. Everything was clean and the condo is super convenient to the beach. When you leave the condo, go to the crosswalk to the right of the complex and the entrance to the beach is right there across the street. The public access is less busy at that spot also.

Quick Spring Getaway

Our first visit to the Seagrove Beach area did not disappoint! Easy walk to the beach right across the street…lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance! Our condo was clean and just right for the wife and I. Loved the hot and powerful shower! Really nice long weekend!!
