Welcome to true boaters paradise! Pet-Friendly! Gulf Access no bridges !!

Welcome to our beautiful home with gulf access located on the grand canal with no bridges. Beautiful pool with separate hot tub. Boat lift 10k lbs accommodates 30ft boat. Extra dock space for a smaller boat as well. 1 king bed in master bedroom with stand up shower & separate jacuzzi tub. Double vanity. 1 walk in closet will be available in master. 1 long dresser, 1 tall dresser with 2 nights stands available in the bedroom as well. Front room has a Murphy queen bed.
2nd bedroom has two twin beds with 1 night stand.
3rd bedroom has queen bed with 2 night stands and a long dresser with window views of the water and dock.
2nd bathroom has a double vanity with shower/tub with a walk out door to the pool and porch.
Once you exit the screened in lanai there is a porch off the back as well with a table & chairs. Our kitchen offers brand new appliances, plenty of room to cook a feast. Security cameras that cover the front door, front yard, back yard.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect location!

Beautiful home in a great location for a day offshore fishing or a relaxing day at the springs. Check in was easy and didn’t have to contact anyone during our stay because the info sent via email explained it well!

Homosassa slice of heaven

We had the most wonderful stay! Paige went above and beyond to make our vacation even more perfect. The house was spotless and she even had it decorated for Christmas and left some toys for our kids to use. The house is in a really nice neighborhood and close to some good restaurants. There were also three kayaks which the kids loved to use. I just can’t say enough good things about Paige and her house. Thank you so much for a very memorable vacation with our friends!!!

Everything we could have hoped for...

We had another place lined up for the holidays over 6 months in advance and it fell through due to the Hurricanes. Paige was AMAZING when I reached out looking to book last minute- communication was on point throughout our whole stay, and the place was immaculate. EVERYTHING we needed to be able to cook, grill, entertain and relax. I slept like a baby and all the furniture was beautiful, comfortable, and modern making it feel very much like " home away from home" . It was quite cool at night so the hot tub and heated pool was perfect. The neighborhood was beautiful, with friendly neighbors, a great space to walk in the mornings...I can't sing the praises enough:)

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Lovely home with many amenities. Kitchen is top of the line, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. We had a couple of issues, and the owners were very responsive and worked hard to resolve them. Two issues affected the hot tub which was the primary reason we rented the place. That’s the basis for the 4 stars (instead of 5), but I don’t fault the owners because they tried hard to resolve them quickly. Just an unfortunate set of circumstances. It’s a lovely home with easy access to many local attractions.
