Welcome to peace, comfort and nature. Located a couple minutes to the boat ramp, Kayak launch and rentals. You will be situated in a luxurious stay with million-dollar views. Our house is aimed for comfort with everything you would expect at home and more. From the European style windows with views of the woodlands, comfortable beds and pillows, kitchen stocked with every foodies needs including great cookware and beautiful serving dishes, outdoor dining and views you wish you could bring home with you! We offer 3 bicycles and 3 kayaks for your use to explore. Nestle up by the outdoor fire pit (local burn bans permitting) or enjoy tv on the screened porch while you grill your catch of the day! The wrap around deck (fully fenced with gate) has a peaceful, fully wooded view on the side. It’s nice for bird watching, listening to the owls, spotting deer and if you’re really lucky, the very occasional black bear! This isn’t just a vacation home; it’s a nature lovers experience! Bring your boats, trailers and vehicles on our 2.5 acres with exceptional views. Living room is equipped with 75” fire TV, a comfortable dining table for six and spacey seating for four at the bar. all bedrooms have new fire TV's as well. You’re conveniently located steps away from world class fishing and hunting. Swim with the manatees or catch a local guide to go fishing or scalloping. Discover the mesmerizing 7 sister springs by a short paddle away from the local dock. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, recliner and 50-inch fire tv on a mount that can be turned towards the bed or recliner. The second bedroom has a king bed and fire tv as well. Upstairs is a very large and spacious room. There you will find two queen size beds, a 4-foot overstuffed bean bag, desk, walk in closet, 50-inch fire tv, and a full bath with a garden tub. It's a perfect space for entertaining the kids! Our home sleeps 8 comfortably. We have an air mattress and additional bedding located in the walk-in closet if you wish to have a 9th or 10th guest. There is an additional home on the property that is vacant, the full property is exclusively yours during your stay aside from the vacant home.
