It may be small, but it's mighty! This space has a full kitchen that is stocked with all the essentials, a private bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, a living area equipped with a Smart T.V., and a dining area.
It also has a spacious side patio that is fully fenced with a BBQ and many seating options, plus it's very pet friendly!

The home sits away from the street, providing plenty of parking with enough room to fit an R.V. or a trailer.

We wish to respect your privacy, but live locally in case you need anything.
You will access the house by our keyless entry system, with a keycode specifically programed just for you.

The home sits in the perfect location: Nestled in an eclectic neighborhood, its conveniently located just a handful of blocks away from the start of downtown. It's also walking distance to Granite Creek Park, which is a large grassy park that your dog will enjoy!

And if you're a "wedding goer", this home is in close proximity to the Holiday Courtyard, and all other wedding venues in the downtown area!

*Pets are welcomed, people are tolerated ;) We automatically accept 1 pet of any size or breed. Any additional pets need to be approved by us first.

*Sorry, but this is a non-smoking home of both tobacco and marijuana. Any smoking will have to be done off the premises. We have to be strict on this due to the size of the home and its proximity to the neighboring rental. Any evidence of smoking may result in a fine.
