Prescott Deluxe Chalet is the perfect location to explore Prescott. Historic Downtown features art galleries, boutiques and restaurants. All this within a few short steps from your front door. This two bedroom, two bathroom chalet features the works of local artisans with a touch of southwest decor. Vaulted ceilings and picture windows flood this home with natural light and enhance this inviting space with a serene color palette. The home offers a private backyard and large front deck.

Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Annual Courthouse Lighting in Arizona’s Christmas City, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers a sofa, chairs, board games and Smart Tv for streaming access. The fireplace is non-operational, it adds just a touch of ambiance to the room. The pull-out sofa offers additional sleeping space.

Kitchen: For guests wanting to dine in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a refrigerator, dual coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven/stove, toaster and blender.

Bathroom 1 : Located in the hall, this bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a single sink vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer.

Bathroom 2: Located in the Master Bedroom, this bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double vanities and a private toilet area. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer.

Bedroom 1: This room is located on the main level of the chalet. This bedroom features a queen sized bed, bedside tables, lamps and a dresser. The closet space offers additional storage space. The bedroom overlooks the backyard.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located on the upstairs level of the chalet. This bedroom features a king size bed, lamps, TV and a dresser. The closet space offers additional storage space.

Office Space: The office space is located on the upstairs level of the chalet. It offers a desk, sitting area, books and games for guest use.

Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the hallway on the main level of the chalet. Supplies are available for guest use.

OUTSIDE
Prescott Deluxe Chalet features a deck on the front of the house. It includes rocking chairs and a dining table for six. There is a gas grill for guest use. The pergola offers outdoor lighting for additional ambiance. There is a private, fenced backyard with a dining table for four.

The property has two chalets, which share the parking area. For larger parties, please inquire about the Prescott Petit Chalet.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

PMI Northern Arizona may be reached 24/7, guests may use app or contact information from the welcome book.
STANDARD HOUSE RULES
•     No parties or events allowed without prior consent.
•     No smoking Allowed.
•     No pets allowed without prior consent.
•     No unregistered guests allowed.
•     Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
•     Please respect the noise curfew (10pm-6am).
•     Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
•     Please respect check-in and check-out times.
•     Please take care of the furnishings.
•     Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
•     Please do your dishes.
•     Please take out your trash before you leave.
•     No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
