About this space
Near the center of Zephyrhills, my comfortable house is a great place to stay. Fully renovated, very quiet, with a great kitchen and renovated bathrooms. WiFi, AC, and a Samsung Smart TV.
There is parking for two or more vehicles, exterior lighting for security. Outdoor security cameras for your safety.

The Space
The house is nicely decorated with art and functional with new couch and recliner. Also, I have a patio with picnic table for outdoor hangout. There is gas in the BBQ and you are free to use it. You will have to clean it for yourself thanks.

Location
Hwy 301 is 2 blocks west. Straight to Tampa going south. I-75 is 15-20 minutes west. I-4 is 25-30 minutes south

Other things to note
I have added a $20 cleaning fee due to the increased standards & requirements that has asked us to meet. My house cleaner and Co-Host Patricia is a true professional and worth it.

While I have stated that pets are allowed, please let me know in advance. I only request that you take all responsibility for your animal and any damage to my property or possessions. If you dog is or creates a problem, then I expect you to fix those problems.
