Very clean home

This home was nice. There isn’t an elevator in the building. However, it’s in a great location!

The unit was clean, and photos are accurate. However, it is like staying in a college dorm. Shouting, doors slamming, raucous behavior almost all night. I’m not sure what exactly the overall property is used for, I.e., dorm, apartments for young people, or what, but it is a very noisy property. Inside unit was clean. Stairwells were totally disgusting.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the unit clean and as described. We're sorry for the noise you experienced during your stay. The Well primarily houses tennis academy athletes, and we apologize if their activity caused any disturbance. We also appreciate you bringing the condition of the stairwells to our attention. We've shared your comments with the building management so they can address them accordingly. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and we look forward to hosting you again in the future!
