Wonderful

Needed a little getaway with friends not too far from home , this house was very spacious and beautiful! Everything was prepared and , right behind a liqour store which was very clutch ! This was a perfect stay in Orange County ! Thank you guys !!

The game room items were no where near the same as the items posted in the pictures. The backyard also was not in the same condition as on the post.

This is the worst property. Be aware that the backyard is not as shown on the ad. It is all demolished. The dishwasher leaked three times when their maintenance men started it. We never touched it. We were cleaning up their mess on the kitchen floor so that we were not slipping in the water that was leaking all over the house. The AC filter had been ripped so badly that the AC would not work in the house was so hot. There was no microwave when I asked about a partial refund. They accused me of ruining towels that they told me to use to dry up the water because they had the cleaning towels and the mop locked up. I have text proof of that. Their own maintenance man mentioned how hot it was when he came to try to fix it, but he said that it was out of Freon and he could not get it filled before we left. We were on a very tight timeframe and had no option to change lodging. When I approached the owner, they delayed it for days until they knew that I couldn’t get any help from Vrbo. and since this is my first time using Vrbo, I had no idea. there were several issues about this place that was unsafe and it was extremely too hot. Think twice before booking with this host.
