This property is a newly renovated walkout basement with separate access. This property includes a fitness gym, kitchen, bar, living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a hot tub, and an outdoor area with a fire pit. This property is within 20 minutes of Beaver Stadium and also 2 minutes of Centre County Grange Park (a PSU affiliate)/ Grange Fair.
