QUIET and PEACEFUL on the edge of a bluff overlooking the Pacific. Soak up the unspoiled ocean air and magnificent breathtaking blue water horizon, ultimate beauty and peace. And from each room observe the most magical colors of sunset over ocean every evening.

Wake up to colorful sunrise, enjoy coffee on the lanai listening to waves rolling on the bluff just below the condo. Have privilege to watch whales playing in the ocean from each room during early spring months.

Ali'i Kai surrounding is beautiful lushy tropical landscape with many variety of plants and foliage including palm trees, birds of paradise, hibiscus, and plumeria trees. Ali'i Kai features a resort-style pool, as well as tennis court privileges at the Makai Tennis Club. There are BBQs in several locations, the closest is just 200 steps away by the pool. Ali'i Kai is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, great beaches, golf, and many of Kauai's best outdoor sights and adventure experiences, but remains very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and the wind. For enthusiasts Turtle Cove is very short walk within the condo complex.

The condo is second floor which is top floor with no noise from above, a big bonus for peaceful evenings and light sleepers. It is an open and airy, furnished (renovated) in a contemporary clean style, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, comfortably furnished living area, and lanai. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed, both with very comfortable mattresses. Both bathrooms are newly renovated. Both bedrooms and Living room all have Smart TVs with Spectrum cable and streaming highspeed Internet. All rooms have A/C and ceiling fans, as well as ample windows if you want the ocean breeze flowing through. The Washer & Dryer is NEW. There is plenty of free private parking right front of building. Entire complex is private drive and parking. We provide laundry detergent, cooking spices, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, cooler and snorkeling gear.

Perfect stay in paradise

Lucy’s spot was perfect for enjoying all the north shore has to offer. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It was located in a quiet area of Princeville and a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location and accommodations for our first visit to Kauai! Communication with Lucy was great - she was very helpful and extremely accommodating! Our return flight was a red eye and she told us to stay as late as we wanted on our departure day before driving to the airport - it gave us an entire extra day in town without rushing to pack and clean up! Ocean views were amazing and location is Princeville is perfect for walking, golfing, proximity to Hanalei
whatever your plans are! Condo has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay! We will definitely return to Kauai and book another stay at Lucy’s condo!

Anniversary Getaway

This condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Quiet area, good location, overlooking the ocean. Close to golf course, Hanalei, and close to many beaches. Great and comfortable place to stay, can’t wait to visit again!

Great place to stay!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this one was terrific! It was very comfortable and had a decorative vibe of modern and Hawaiian, very well done. It was quiet and the views are stunning! Loved our stay, bring binoculars to see the whales!

Serene Escape

This property offers a beautiful full view of the ocean from the lanai and both of the bedrooms. Although the sunrise and sunset were just out of sight to the right and left, there was no better place to start and end your day. The quiet neighborhood and neighbors were a delight and made the experience that much better. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful setting and view

This was a beautiful and clean condo with a first class view of the ocean. It was clean and well equipped with all that we needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas and towels were an added addition that came in so handy.

Amazing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property has incredible views from every room, it’s super clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with necessary items as well as some useful supplies for beach outings. Lucy was a terrific host and communicated very well. We’ll definitely want to stay here again when we come back!
