A heartfelt welcome to our Casa Aloha, our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath oasis, our happy place. We set up our upscale spacious, tranquil, sun-lit 4-bedroom condo (3 full-size bedrooms + a converted den with doors, windows, a sleeper sofa, and a fold-away bed) with 3 expansive lanais and a 2-car garage to make family vacations easy, friends' retreats fun, and couples' getaways romantic.

Our AC'ed condo is surrounded by tropical plants and fruit trees (help yourself to the seasonal fruit) and is a short 2-minute walk to a lagoon-like shaded pool, a hot tub, and two grills.

Excellent for remote work!

Location:
The "Nihilani Resort" is adjacent to one of the world's most picturesque mountain- and ocean-view walks, a quick bike ride to a playground, beaches, grocery store, restaurants. The world-famous town of Hanalei is a 10-minute drive away.

Within Nihilani, our unit is ideally located far away from the noisy Ka Haku road and a 2 mins walk to the best pool in Princeville. The condo has the most light of any Nihilani unit (we were waiting for this specific unit to go on the market as light was critical to out decision to purchase this oasis).

$30 a day AC - not-so-hidden charges:
Unlike most Kauai homes, our oasis offers AC. Sadly, electricity cost on Kauai is 4 times that on the mainland. You are encouraged to make best of the trade winds, but have a wonderful option to use the AC. If you choose to use the AC, we will add a $30 a day charge. Each room has a ceiling fan to invite the trade winds. Please know that we are not charging $30 lightheartedly. Please note that the AC cannot be lowered below 76 degrees F (24.5 C).

You will receive your front door code a few days prior to arrival. Your code will only work for the days you booked Casa Aloha for.

Amazing property in a great location

Perfect place for us! Loved the pool and hot tub and all of the extras in the garage we could use. Close to Queens bath and so many other great places. We cannot say enough good things about the house.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Natalie's place is really perfect for any family wanting to stay on the North end of the island. Clean, spacious, with all the cooking and beach supplies you could need. The location is great, and we were in the condo's hot tub every day. Natalie was so responsive when we had changes in our travel plans due to weather - extremely friendly and accomodating! Would recommend her place to anyone.

This was an amazing trip to celebrate my husband's big 50. The home is spacious with a lot of amenities. Host is very responsive and will answer all you questions. You have a rooster alarm clock that is very punctual.

Family Kauai adventure

Our family of six stayed here comfortably for 10 days. This condo is in a beautiful and quiet location in Princeville. The pool area is beautiful, and parking is convenient. The owner is very responsive to any needs and makes the stay easy. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has what is needed to cook simple meals. We even used the rice cooker. the garage is full of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards and bikes. Every day we were off on adventures all over the island and were very glad to come back to a place that felt like home. We all enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again :)

Kauai Casa Aloha

Overall an outstanding experience. Communication with our host Natalie was great and she made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The property's Princeville location was perfect for accessing all parts of the island. The unit was clean and comfortably housed 7 adults. The garage was large enough for our gigantic rental vehicle (Chevy Suburban). The 3 bedrooms were perfect for the 3 couples in our group, although the Zen Den was a little tight for our single traveler. The open concept on the main floor was perfect for meals, cocktails, playing cards and hanging out with the family and the multiple lanais were nice for coffees and nightcaps. The close proximity to the grills was nice for food prep and the in-unit dishwasher, washing machine/dryer made clean up easy. The property also had everything you need for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, coolers, masks, snorkels, fins, boogie boards, foldable pull carts etc.) Highly recommended property.

A wonderful stay in every way!

We had arranged activities all over the island for the week we stayed at Casa Aloha, and we all agreed that it was totally worth a bit of extra driving some of those days in order to retreat to such a quiet, lovely home at the end of each day, and to be so close to the most beautiful beaches and most delightful evening breezes on the island! (Everywhere else we went seemed noisy and clamorous and a bit generic-resort by comparison.) The condo is absolutely lovely and scrupulously clean, there is great attention to detail, the three adult beds are comfortable (we didn't try the kid beds), and everything works! Even the pans and the can opener are of excellent quality! And communication with the host was great from the day we booked until after we left. We would book here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

We really can’t say enough about Casa Aloha and its host Natalie. The home has everything you need and more - beach gear, fully equipped kitchen, baby gear (we didn't need that, but I can see how families would be able to pack lighter for their vacations). The beds were so comfortable - hugely appreciated after the hikes. All appliances worked flawlessly (which is unique for Kauai). Natalie was a joy to communicate with. We felt at home and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The house is quiet and well taken care of. We cannot wait to return!

Amazing Hawaiian Vacation

Take me back, I miss it already. We had an amazing vacation and staying at this family retreat was exceptional. Natalie was very helpful and did everything to answer my questions prior to our departure through the time of checkout. The home was very spacious for my husband and 2 children (8 and 10). We used the pool, spa and beach supplies available in the garage. We enjoyed exploring most of the island, and would recommend staying in Princeville, this condo is in the prime location. We hope to visit again soon.

We are Natalie and Alex and we are travel addicts. We have three young kids who have been to many countries, cities, and states. We love exploring new places, getting to know local people, and experiencing local culture. We never thought we would settle on buying a second home - that would mean periodically returning to the same location and passing on an opportunity to visit a new place. Then we came to Kauai in 2018. Then in 2019. Then in 2020... and just couldn't leave without having return tickets to Kauai . The Garden Island is very special to us and we plan on returning here to recharge and give back. When we are not on the island, we would love to help you fall in love with this piece of Paradise or strengthen your relationships with it.

Nihilani was simply perfect: best pool in Princeville, well maintained, exceptional spacious floor plan - large enough to comfortably accommodate two working adults working remotely, two remote schooled kids, and a baby with her nanny. We knew right away we wanted a condo at Nihilani. It took us a few months to find 29C. We fell in love with it the second we walked in because of the ample sun light, location away from the busy Ka Haku road, yet in immediate proximity to the gold course. Our instant love with the condo grew into constant admiration of the light and comfort of our second home.
