I had the nicest stay ever in this apartment. Everything was really clean, the parking worked out perfectly, the place was stocked with everything I could need, and that bed was so comfy!! Lots of places nearby to check out and Belle Isle of just a short drive away. For breakfast I went to Urban Hang Suite right around the corner twice, and Moore Street Cafe on my last day, both absolutely amazing. I also really enjoyed Buttermilk and Honey for dinner one night. I really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and I can't wait to come back!
Parking could be a little tricky for larger vehicles but the host provided great information regarding that. Convenient location and nicely-appointed apartment. We did find controlling the lights and a/c a little confusing but that's definitely not a deal breaker.
Our check in was a little bumpy but the host apologized and responded right away so we could get in. Inside was exactly as pictured, super clean and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed with the location being in a rather sketchy area with a couple people approaching us in the evening looking for money as we walked to our door. But the door/apartment security once inside excellent. Bed comfortable and slept well, a thoughtful sound machine helped with night traffic. Shower was large and had all the amenities. Kitchen super as we were there for several days. Enjoyed the little balcony during the day! Some trouble with the toilet flushing properly and had to text host which she responded right away and sent someone to fix it. Overall a pleasant stay and host very responsive. Parking convenient.
The kitchen was well equipped - made me wish we'd cooked in! But we were in town for a family wedding, full of activities, so the apartment was really just a landing spot at night for us. But what a nice, soft landing! Everything was very comfortable. The only hitch we had was locating the correct entry door - the instructions suggested checking out photos later in the message to aid the process; I was never able to locate any, but I do they think they would have been helpful. Angela was incredibly quick to respond and got us to the right spot and inside super fast! The parking spot was a wonderful perk, which we were happy to utilize. Another fantastic perk which we didn't get to utilize was visiting Common House - maybe next time!
In town to visit younger sister who’s a student at VCU - location was walkable which was nice! Bed was very comfortable. Make sure to pay attention to message from host on access and parking - not hard but pictures really helped clarify. Small details like the shower knob cover was missing so we could see in inner plumbing. Nothing that’s going to prevent you from enjoying your stay. Just notes to mention!
This was an amazing property. The decor and overall design of the appliance was so unique and pleasing that I was ready to move in permanently. Great location directly across from the Convention Center. Would be perfect if attending a conference or Con. Within walking distance to great bars and restaurants and right next to a wonderful tea shop. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
The apartment was clean when I arrived. The bed was made, the dishes were put away, and the towels were ready. The check-in was straightforward. The hostess was easy to get a hold of and responded in a timely manner. It was close to my bus stops and relatively close to the James River. There were historic places to visit in the city.
Great location-able to walk to restaurants and conference/convention sites. Well appointed apartment, overall a comfortable accommodation. Luckily, we have a compact car that fit into the provided parking space. (Could be noted on listing.)
Amazing property and host! Right next to the convention center, very clean, and included parking. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Great stay!
Visited Richmond to catch the Moulin Rouge at the Altria Theatre. The apartment was perfect and close to many attractions in Richmond. We would definitely stay there again.
The accommodation was very nice - good location. It was nice having a parking space! It is narrow, just be aware of that. Nicely appointed. The bed is comfortable. A/C worked well in the 100 heat.
