Feel right at home in this immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, 180 sq. meter gem with a private pool and 50 meters to the Sea with views.
The Palms Villa is a new, luxurious, and modern home overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the Makarska Riviera in the quaint village of Drasnice. It has all the amenities you could dream of having! The large, open floor plan makes this a perfect retreat for groups or 2 families.
The master suite includes a gorgeous view of the Sea, a separate patio with french doors, a King sized bed, a lounge area with a couch which can be used as a bed, and an extra large bathroom! Each additional bedroom have very comfortable king beds with ensuite baths and patio access to the pool.
Cool off in the private pool in a quaint courtyard with built-in seating, and an outdoor dining area for 8 persons.
To make your stay comfortable, all linens and towels, and soaps are provided. There is a clothes washer and dryer, and wifi.
Drasnice is a gorgeous little coastal town, just 10 km south of Makarska. You will find the cleanest beaches and friendly
inviting locals. It is also a safe town, settled far from the road and any traffic. The house itself is located in the town center where the local Konzum market is only a few doors away and the nearest beach is just steps away. Also, the local restaurant Puntin and bars and cafes. Whether it be water sports, hiking, biking, or just beach is so much to do and enjoy here!

We are the Cvitanovics. We live in California and Nikola is from here and grew up playing on these beaches! We love to bring our 3 children here to enjoy the beautiful beaches and culture.
Why they chose this property
Our family is from this Village and it's gorgeous, safe, and the beaches are incredibly clean!!! We've preferred this over the bigger cities because the 'quaintness' is an added benefit.
What makes this property unique
The house is clean, new, and modern. The views are fabulous, and location is very convenient to beaches, restaurants, and Market.
