Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave thermostat on cool and 76 degrees upon departure.
Put up the pool fence before departure. And clean pool area.
Back doors make sure handle lock bar is down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No food or drink by the pool please! It cause excessive damage to the pool pumps and water. Set up Pool gate before check out.
Honestly, Honest people go along way respect our family home as if it where you own? Please we love guest just treat it like your own place!
Be respectful of neighbors. If your there Monday or Tuesday please take out trash and replace bins back on property. Not on the street!

Plenty of room and the location was central to parks and amenities. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet, even over New Year's Eve. Beds were comfortable. Only comment for potential improvement is to include more than one extra garbage bag - we needed to purchase garbage bags (we only needed 3 total), but it would be helpful to have more than 1 extra garbage bag in the house. But, otherwise, we were really happy with our stay.

We loved our stay at this home in Davenport. It was easy to access and was beautiful and clean. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future. Plan to come back again Feb 2025. Thank you

Nice place after a rocky start

The email Did not contain code. Called customer service and it was resolved fairly quickly. Owner called to apologize (not his fault at all). Nice place and very convenient location

Set up is ideal for 2 couples with kids. There is 2 master bedrooms 1-King 1-Queen, the other 2 rooms are for the kids. Not required obviously
