Benvenuti nel nostro bel rifugio di montagna! Situato a Roxbury, Vermont su 150 acri privati. Casa dispone di due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, soppalco camera da letto matrimoniale con letto king size e 2-persona vasca idromassaggio. Due letti singoli nella zona comune nel seminterrato finito. Due bagni e un mezzo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata. Camino interno / esterno. Coperto portico avvolgente con tavolo per mangiare all'aperto. La casa ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Sono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani. Non sono ammessi animali. Non fumatore.
Passeggiate, trekking, mountain bike, pesca. Racchette da neve / sci di fondo proprio fuori dalla nostra passeggiata-out seminterrato. Qualcosa per tutte le stagioni!
Pneumatici invernali AWD 4WD / per i viaggi invernali. Viaggio a Sugarbush Ski Area con Warren Mountain Road.

Home was beautiful and had everything we needed! Very clean and the view was amazing. Enjoyed the deer grazing in the yard on a couple of occasions! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Roxbury Retreat

Wonderful comfortable home. Very clean and well equipped. The porch is amazing! Perfect for our family to stay while attending a wedding at Stickney Farms.

Ski Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at your home and would return in a heart beat. Couldn't ask for anything, your kitchen was fully equipped and the place was spotless. The fireplace was magnificent and everyone slept well. Was the perfect home to come to after a full day of skiing. Many thanks to our hosts and for letting us enjoy your slice of heaven.

A piece of Heaven

The views were amazing. Fall colors were at peak. Every morning and evening the fields had wildlife visitors, which was a highlight for us. The only shots we took were the ones from our cameras. Loved the outdoor fireplace and covered porch. The owner was very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us!

Heaven on earth

If you are looking for some true R and R then this is the place for you! Mary was a wonderful host who responded quickly to questions that I had. Enjoyed the gorgeous fall colors. Spectacular view!

Truly an amazing house !

We were so happy with the home, it’s very comfortable and well appointed. The spa bath was awesome after skiing sugarbush every day. Huge fire place, kids loved the mounted animals - truly a Vermont home.

Great space, close to Sugarbush skiing

We had a group of eight stay for several nights and really enjoyed catching up, making a fire, and watching the super bowl together. Only criticism is the internet was nearly unusable and there's no cell service so communication with the outside world was pretty difficult. I wouldn't recommend this spot if you need to work, esp if doing video calls, etc.

Family time

Our family enjoyed an amazing weekend together while visiting our son at Norwich University. The home is immaculately cared for, with everything you could need. The mountain setting and views by the fireplace provided a memorable experience for us all to relax and have fun together. The fall foliage was amazing. Perfect spot for outdoor enthusiast. Hoping to return in the future.

We’ll be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful home in the woods! Very close to Norwich University (go Cadets) and an easy drive to Burlington, VT too! We would not change anything....in fact, we are already planning our next stay. No reservations highly recommending this rental to anyone!

Stunning and comfortable

This place is so comfortable and the view is breathtaking. We practically lived on the glorious porch and my kid had a blast running all around, exploring the property. It is incredibly peaceful and beautiful here.

Wonderful Winter Oasis

Where do I even begin to start with how wonderful this property is?! We came in early afternoon on a blue sky day with fresh snow on the ground. The property is down a back road, tucked into the woods. There are still homes around, so you don’t feel totally secluded, but they are far enough away so you still feel like you’re in the woods. The house was unbelievably clean-from the GORGEOUS, “top of the line” State of the art kitchen to the master bathroom (with a Two person tub!-it was like a mini indoor swimming pool!) There was ample seating area for everyone to have their own space both at meals and during relaxation. The fireplace in the main room was breathtaking-something out of movies! our 18 mos old LOVED walking the property. Lots of trails and land to explore on. Also, sugarbush is only a 30 min drive away! We definitely want to return in the future-what a hidden VT gem. In the winter, i would recommend having a 4-wheel drive car, but because there is so much snow... but that’s not just for this property. That is VT in general. Thank you for sharing your home! A home away from home

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this house for 17 days prior to dropping her off at college. We had to self-quarantine for two weeks. We spent a lot of time researching places to stay given the length of time we would be spending in the house. This house fit us perfectly. The outdoor porch is the perfect place to read and share meals. The living room has lots of space to spread out and relax (the couch is awesome). The bedroom situation worked perfectly as our daughter could escape to her space in the basement, and we loved the master loft. The property is peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. Watching wild turkeys was a bonus. The owners were incredibly helpful, prompt in their responses, and kind.

Love this Roxbury property.

Beautiful home with lots of light and a very well appointed Kitchen made for an outstanding winter getaway....the property is stunning and reasonably close to Sugarbush.

Still amazing!!!

This was our second trip to this property, and my family is already talking about returning again next year! It's obvious this home is maintained with great care, and it shows down to the smallest details. The home has everything a family would need to snuggle in, unplug (if you want too) and relax. Our favorites this year included the outdoor fireplace, breathtaking walks around the property with foliage approaching peak and games by the fire after dinner. It's also worth mentioning that the owner is quick to respond, flexible and very easy to work with. We are looking forward to next year already!

Our home away from home in Vermont.

That title is misleading given that we have only stayed here twice but it does reflect our feelings toward this wonderful home. We have stayed here while visiting our son at Norwich University and now that he has graduated it is unlikely we will return. The home has every comfort you would want and is approx. 20 minutes from Norwich. We enjoyed cooking family meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The Weber grill was put to good use as steak is always on the menu for our son. Every visit we comment on how nice it would be to have our own family vacation home like the Roxbury house but why bother when you can rent this one! I must mention our favorite feature - the wrap around deck with outdoor fireplace! We spent every evening on the deck with a fire and making s'mores! Great memories were made at this home.

We don't want to go home!!!

We are wrapping up our stay at Mary & Jay's house and none of us want to leave! It's obvious as your feet cross the threshold for the first time that an immense amount of love and care built this place. This home is fully outfitted with everything you can think of needing to relax and enjoy time with your family. It's extremely clean and meticulously cared for in every way! The beds are super comfy with top quality linens. The bathrooms have plenty of soft, fluffy towels. There is a large, very well equipped kitchen and plenty of lounge space for all. We LOVED the outdoor fireplace and the secluded property - especially the owls serenading us in the night! Booking and last minute questions were a breeze as Mary was very responsive and helpful. We are already looking forward to a return trip and can't wait to come back!

Secluded, open space inside and outside.

This is our second time staying at Mary's property. This place is wonderful and an excellent deal. It's a little off the beaten path, but totally worth a short trek down a dirt road. Great kitchen, great fireplace inside and outside, and a huge open yard.
