Mammoth ski trip

Perfect spot for a group to stay for a ski trip! Steps away from the gondala made the mountain super accessible and plenty of space for people.

Great stay with family!

Nice condo that fit all our family. Really convenient location close to the gondola and village. Ski lockers were great so we didn’t have to lug everything back up to the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for a getaway with friends

The location couldn't be better and everyone was comfortable. Right next door to the brewery and a two-minute walk from the village. Access to the pool and jacuzzi was easy. Would stay here again!

Great condo steps to the village

The condo is great for a large family or group. Very well stocked and steps to the village and gondola! I’ve been coming to Mammoth for 50 years and stayed in many rentals. It’s a condo I’d book again.

Amazing Mammoth Property

This is the absolute best property we've ever stayed at in Mammoth. The location is steps from the village and the accommodations were perfect for our group. From the well equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, we could not have asked for more! The owner has been extremely great to work with as we have navigated COVID over the past year. I highly recommend this property! We can't wait to stay here again!

The location of this condo could not be better. It's right next to the village gondola, close walk to everything in the village, and had plenty of space for our large group. While the interior staircase is tight, as others stated, you can also just go through the building staircase then in the 3rd floor door

Wonderful stay for a family of 9!

The location was perfect, steps away from the Village. It offered 2 parking spaces which is unheard of in Village rentals. This is our 5th year going to Mammoth for NYE and Carine’s place is one of the best stays we’ve had. Four restrooms, 4 bedrooms (counting the loft TV room) and 2 large living room couches where the men liked to fall asleep while watching sports! The family had a great time and Carine was always available for assistance. Thanks and we’ll definitely be back next year.

Unbeatable Location

Really enjoyed the location of this unit, which is located within a 30-second easy walk to the Village gondola. The owners are super responsive and the property manager lives on-site. When we were not able to switch on the main fireplace, the manager was there to fix the switch in no time. The unit is well stocked, very comfortable, and probably the largest in the building, spanning 3 floors with plenty of space for this family of 6 to spread out. In fact, it could easily accommodate a party twice our size, with plenty of beds and fresh bedding/sheets/towels available. Our teen managed to pack nothing but outer ski gear by accident so the laundry machine and dryer in the master bath was a great thing to have. I’ve been coming to Mammoth for nearly 30 years and I’ve never stayed in a better location.

Absolute Perfection!

We had so much fun at this amazing property! It was just as beautiful as advertised, and even more convenient than we had imagined. We were so close to the Village, and the gondola, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby as well. Across the street was a great hill for sledding! The condo had everything you could ever need. Our kids fell in love with snowboarding and our family made some great memories at this beautiful place. We look forward to renting again next spring break! Thank you!!!

Great location it is walking distance to the Brewery and the Village. Place is spacious plenty of space for our family. The stairs are vary narrow (3 level staircase). Perhaps purchasing some non-stick pans for cooking would be helpful. We were not able to park in the unloading area we had to park in the street and on the sidewalk. The two trucks remains parked there during our stay and after checking out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Solid Spot for Ski Vacation

Location is a 10. The loft is awesome for kids. The main level is a great lounge area for everyone. The kitchen is set up well for cooking. Plenty of seats to eat. Walking distance to Village and Mammoth Brew Co. The only issues are the stairs. They are tonight and steep. Not really an issue for our crew but you definitely need to pay attention when decending. The downstairs area and bedrooms are comfortable. Bed is a little squeaky but again not a big deal. We will be back for sure.

CONSTRUCTION ZONE!!

HEAVY CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT ACROSS THE STREET ( BULLDOZER, "STEAM" SHOVEL, WATER TRUCK, BACKHOES, ETC. ) FROM 6:30AM TO 5PM ) WOKE US UP EVERYDAY, AND MADE HAPPY HOUR ON THE PATIO IMPOSSIBLE. POOL AND HOT TUB WERE OUT OF SERVICE TWO DAYS--BUMMER. THE CONDO ITSELF WAS 5-STAR, HOWEVER!!

Not what we expected from pictures.

Property is older and tired and much smaller than pictures imply. The circular stairs between floors (2) are a joke. Circular stairs are made for small children (steep and dangerous). Don’t know how they met any kind of building code. Over all I was expecting a much nicer place for the cost. . I was disappointed and would not recommend this property at the price

Works well for large families.

Overall it is a spacious and well equipped unit with updated kitchen and baths. Location is very good in relation to activities and services. Kitchen could use a couple of newer FLAT bottomed fry pans that sit properly on the glass cooktop and have lids. Propane BBQ on deck was very handy. Plenty of T/Vs and options but their operation is rather complicated, there should be a better way to set up or leave a detailed set of directions on how to operate. An unauthorized car in one of the 2 assigned spaces for the first 3 days made parking a hassle but we managed with some help from Dan and putting notes on the windshield. Contact with the owner and manager was quite good to resolve issues. Trout fishing in the local lakes was as good as ever!

Great location for skiing family

Perfect location for 3 generational family. Stayed in this building before in another unit (much more updated and better cared for). GOOD: * Carine and manager are responsive * Location in the village with underground parking for 2 cars is a dream * Bathrooms on each of the three floors are convenient * Kitchen is well stocked and appliance are quality ones TO IMPROVE: * Mattresses are over-used and some have major “sinkholes” in them, making sleeping uncomfortable, they need to be changed * Carpets in the upstairs bedroom made my adult son and husband’s allergies get out of control. I ended up sleeping with my husband in the living room, my son on a foldout couch (that was very uncomfortable) * There were no hair driers, an issue in the winter when we can’t go out with our hair wet Overall a great place that needs some TLC.

Our family lives in Carlsbad, San Diego. We have gone skiing to Mammoth Lakes for the last 20 years. We stayed in a wild variety of condos, some better than others. We now own our own condo and remodeled it to a high standard so that our guests can have a very pleasant stay and will come back year after year. We try to keep our prices competitive (about half of what the village charges for their condos) and do regular updates and maintenance, remodels to keep up with the latest trends.

Both my husband and myself love to ski in the winter and fish, mountain bike and hike in the summer. Our two boys (23 and 24 years old) have inherited our passion for the mountains. In buying this condo, we have created the best memories and have had so many fun times with friends and family. It really is a second home to us. We plan to keep it forever so hopefully, one day, our grandchildren will become part of the tradition as well.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

We love the fact that our condo is literally less than a 1 minute walk to the village gondola. Once our cars are parked in the underground heated parking garage, there is no need to take them out again for the rest of the trip. You can walk to the gondola, and walk to the different restaurants and shops in the village. We also love how big our condo is, 3 bedrooms and an enclosed loft with 4 bathrooms spread out over 3 levels makes it very comfortable for a big group of friends or families to gather but also to have and enjoy our privacy. We just upgraded our condo again with new furniture and 3 brand new flat screen TVs, new deck furniture. And, after a full day on the mountain, and perhaps some sledding just across from our condo on the hillside below the Westin, the heated pool and Jacuzzi are just what is needed.
