Year round fun luxury location steps to Village, close to all outdoor activities

This is a beautiful condominium steps from the Village and Gondola. It is a nonsmoking, 1800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom unit with 4 bathrooms and a 5 star rating for comfort, location, interior decor and great facilities! We have extra cleaning practices in place as well as contactless check in and check out procedures. Great WIFI for working from here. Park your cars once you get there in a covered, heated garage and no need to use it to get to slopes, the Village or around town.

It comes fully furnished with fully stocked kitchen, linens, bathroom towels, toiletries, full size washer and dryer, blow dryers (1 wall-mounted in each bathroom downstairs and 1 in upstairs bathroom), iron and full-size ironing board . There are 2 fireplaces and 2 balconies with views of the Sherwin mountains (balcony off of living room has full size propane BBQ and high top bistro table with 4 barstools).

There are 2 indoor, secured, heated parking spaces in the garage building for our complex, heated driveway and walkways from garage to building entrance and heated sidewalks to the Village. Our complex also has a recreation room building with year-round heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong table, pool table, foosball table and sitting lounge.

Condo is just steps to the Village amenities: dining, shopping, mountain services (ticketing, rentals), Gondola to Canyon Lodge, nightlife, cocktails, convenience store, fun events and family happenings.

Condo is 3 levels - main level is kitchen, living room, fireplace, large flat screen HD TV, bathroom, outdoor balcony; bottom level is 2 bedrooms (primary bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed and downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed), 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and each bedroom has a flat screen HD TV; 3rd level is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds (each bunk is a full on bottom and twin on top) as well as 2 other twin beds, full size bathroom and large flat screen HD TV, free WIFI. Also, please note there are narrow, spiral stairs to get to each level inside the condo. You can access the living room/kitchen level and the downstairs bedrooms via the elevator in the hallway, but the only access to the upstairs 3rd level bedroom/bunk area is via the spiral stairs. The stairs can be challenging for elderly and toddlers, just an FYI. I also have a partnership with Babyquip where you can rent baby/toddler items during your stay and they will deliver and pick up the items to our condo. Amazing spot

We love staying here, the cabin is cozy and wonderful. This is our 4th time here and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Location is perfect and the pool/game room is fun for kids. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The location is absolutely perfect- walking distance to the Village and easy, covered parking. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great condo in a great location!

Very nice and comfortable condo within easy (<2 minutes) walk to the village gondola. There were beds for 15 and enough space that we were not all on top of each other constantly.

Best Trip Ever

This was one of our best trips ever. The group was very impressed with the condo, location and amenities. Tracy was awesome! Very accommodating to our last minute needs. We will be back next year.

Perfect place for our group

Accommodations provided everything we needed for our group of high school student athletes and adults. The condo was comfortable, perfectly located near the Village and easy access to the trails and mountain lakes. The management was very responsive and helpful in answering questions and helping us with parking. We hope to be back here next year!

Great location for village experience

I really enjoyed the location of the property. I walked to the village gondola and road directly to the ski resort. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. The condo fit 12 adults. The group used the community spa and rec room during a little down time. The property managers were very helpful and responsive.

Mammoth trip

Overall great experience. Place was well furnished and clean. Full kitchen. Perfect location. Owner was responsive and helpful. Only issue was the pool/spa, which was closed due to Covid. It was one of the main reason we stayed at the property (we had 6 kids 7 and under) and I wish we had been informed at the time of booking. Everything else was great.

Great condo in a great location

This is the second unit we've stayed at Fireside and is great for large groups. The location can't be beat, just a few feet from the gondola and the village. We were a group of 10 adults and were moderately comfortable. I wouldn't try to fit any more, though I guess it may be possible. The futons in the two bedrooms downstairs are not really usable, they are uncomfortable/worn and there is not space to fold them down. Overall, we had a great stay and will happily consider staying again next year!

Location location, location.

The title states it, the location is fantastic. Very short walking distance to the gondola (maybe 2 minutes at most). The condo was very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. Had everything we needed. The the bedrooms were set up to maximize occupancy. The only drawback was three levels, the spiral staircase was very tight. Had all the amenities that one would need to go enjoy the snow, lockers on the ground floor. A a game room for the kids. And a whirl pool after a hard day on the slopes. Property manager Tracy was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well appointed kitchen. The beds and bedding are comfortable and adequate. The location relative to the Gondola and Village is as advertised and a plus to this location. Our only issue ; housekeeping suppled enough dishwasher detergent to allow for one cycle / day. We generally have 2 meals / day in condo and need at least one day for an extra cycle. Other than that, we loved the unit

Big condo, Good amenities, and great location.

The condo is in a complex with an indoor pool and spa which were great after snowboarding. The condo was clean, kitchen was large and had a good amount of pots, pans, cups, mugs, utensils and appliances. Two private balconies were nice. There were others partying in the same complex but could not hear them inside our condo. Beware the very small tight spiral staircase for anyone that is not 100% sturdy on their feet or children, but fun. Some of the beds are couch beds/futons. It was a little confusing contacting the property manager being different then the renter, but now I know and our issues could have been resolved much faster. Thank you!

Great spot in the village for large group

Great spot in the village about a hundred yards from the village gondola (goes to Canyon). Tracy was very responsive with all of our questions. Condo was in good shape upon arrival, check-in and check-out straightforward with no curveballs. Recommend for a large group that wants to be in the village, i.e. close proximity to gondola, bars, restaurants. Only very minor complaint, more like an unsolved mystery, is how to pull out the chaise sleeper in the living room. Will figure that out next time! Also just a heads up, the underground covered parking is super clutch especially during snowstorms, but if you have a vehicle over 7'6 (ex. some camper vans, etc), it won't fit.

We have owned this unit since 2004. We live in Carlsbad, CA with our 3 boys and enjoy coming here year-round with our friends and family to enjoy all the fun activities Mammoth and the Village have to offer. We enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding and boating in the spring and summer. Our condo is a comfortable and cozy place for a big family, a couple of families or a large group. Being able to walk into the Village for entertainment, dining, shopping or just hanging out is a nice plus! Also, being able to walk to the Gondola to get to the slopes and not get in your car is a huge bonus, especially with big snow storms (also, not having to dig your car out of the snow!). With all of the comforts of home, come enjoy a great vacation spot and make yourself at home with many great memories!

Being able to park our car in the parking garage when we get there and walk to most of our destinations is a huge plus. The Village is steps away with many activities and venues to enjoy, or the bus line can take you from the Village to many destinations as well. The indoor heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna are great after a long day of outdoor activities. The recreation room also has a ping pong table, a pool table and a foosball table with couches to sit and hang out. You can walk to the Village for entertainment, dining or just to hang out and people watch. It's nice to be able to come and go as you want when you have a large group, with the quick access to the Gondola, everyone can be on their own time! The Gondola ride is about 5 minutes up to Canyon Lodge and is so convenient and free! Not having to drive during snow storms to get to the slopes, and not having to dig your car out of the snow are such a huge bonus for staying at our condo.
