New Queen beds with memory foam mattresses, modern kitchen, washer/dryer. 4 Smart TVs, high speed internet, outdoor patio with fire pit, grill, and plenty of parking. MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN TUSCALOOSA AND BRYANT DENNY STADIUM. It's a perfect location for visiting your favorite student at UA, crashing after a local concert, or Tailgating before a big game!



The Space:

Cozy home with original hardwoods and newly renovated interior. The backyard is a great hang out spot complete with 2 TV's, an outdoor sectional, hightop bar table, smoker/grill, and fire pit with a new hand painted mural by a local artist!

The neighborhood is a quite well established residential neighborhood right off the main highway leading into downtown Tuscaloosa and Northport.
