Beautiful spacious home full of character and charm. Located in historic University Acres in walking distance to campus (1 mile to stadium) and LSU lakes (1/3 mile), the location can't be beat. This family friendly neighborhood is a welcoming place. Enjoy eating/hanging out on the patio, dipping in the hot tub, strolling the streets, lighting the fire pit in the large fenced backyard, or gel out on any of the house's multiple TV's. 5 beds, 2 baths, 3 couches, and tons of indoor/outdoor seating

Rented this house for the lsu/clemson opener. Great location as it's about about a 10 minute walk to campus and 30 minutes to Tiger Stadium. Very clean and worked well for our family. Hosts were great. Easy communication and let us check out an hour later. Would recommended.

The house is a great location! It does need a really good cleaning! Paint peeling in the bathroom, dirty dishes and pans, spiders and beetles in the house.

Cute older home in established community convenient to LSU campus. Host was responsive, accommodating, friendly, and communicated well. Furniture and decor was comfortable and homey. Kitchen was updated and well stocked. 2 bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms was perfect for our stay. We will most definitely book again if available for our next trip to Baton Rouge.

The location of this property is ideal there were restaurants, pharmacies, and stores close by. The property is labeled as a retreat close to LSU it is feel with antique furnishings and has a down home feel If you want modern furnishings this is not the property but if you want warm and fuzzy this the right place.

Awesome house!

We loved our stay. The house was very comfortable and it was an easy walk to the stadium to meet for the tailgate! Would definitely stay here again.

There were little things that weren’t there or not enough to last a 5 night stay for 6 adults. We ran out of toilet paper and trash bags, no bathroom soap in 1 bathroom (we used the shampoo), no laundry detergent (which isn’t always at every Airbnb, I’m just used to having it). Just seemed like someone/housekeeping forgot to restock before our stay.When I contacted the owner they were very prompt to respond but the conversation was fruitless in the end and we never received any of the items so we had to go buy them for ourselves. I’ve just never had to do that. Other than that, we enjoyed the sweet little house in a cute little neighborhood near everything LSU. Clean & beds were comfortable.
