We had a wonderful stay. Fabulous location, well-appointed house. We took advantage of the short walk to the beach to enjoy paddle boarding, and enjoyed the front deck, back deck, hot tub, and fenced yard for our small pup, who was fascinated with the chipmunks. There was a heavy rain during our stay, and the management team was responsive about a small roof leak that occurred. Wonderful place and well managed.
Excellent property, highly recommend! We had a very comfortable stay, including bedding, towels, and all the amenities. The host was very communicative, and check in/out was easy!
I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my 37th birthday. The four of us really enjoyed the house. It was clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to the lake. We brought our senior dog with us as well and he really enjoyed himself as well! All around great time. We all agreed that we'd come back and stay here again.

Nice home
Overall the home was nice. The location was close to the lake and places to eat. The yard was not maintained very well with lots of dog poop outside.

We do ask all guests to please pick up after their dog, but some do not, and when it is winter and it gets covered in snow, it is hard to catch it until it is too late.
The house was cozy and clean, with easy access to the lake. The hot tub was awesome and the house was great for adults, kids, and a pet. We struggled a bit with the TVs, but we enjoyed the time together as a group.
Beautiful cabin, and amazing location just up the hill from Waterman's Landing. Perfect for an extended family! Great front and back decks, and very clean hot tub. Fully fenced back yard was appreciated by our doggo as well :) The house is well-represented in pictures, and we'd stay again!
It was nice! I do think there were some areas that need a little more TLC in the house. The couches and chairs were dirty looking and didn’t feel clean to sit on. With that said, I wish there was another lounge chaise or couch to sit on because besides the one couch, it was just a variety of uncomfortable chairs to sit on the living room. Overall, the location was great and easy access to the beach, activities etc.
Cabin was spacious and welcoming. Fenced in backyard for dogs to run and play while we sat in the hot tub. Large windows to view the falling snow between the pines. Everything was clean and accessible. Honestly loved it and will consider booking the same place again next time we visit. Thank you for everything!
We had a great time at the cabin. The open kitchen, dining room and living room was great for our family. The hot tub was a fantastic amenity. Master bathroom is a bit tight and the queen bed in the guest room is pretty low to the ground and hard to get in and out of. Floors and bathrooms could have used another once over clean before our stay. A decent amount of the furniture and carpets show extensive wear and tear from previous guests over time. Overall, we quite enjoyed our stay.
Great dog friendly home. Great communication from management company. Overall great home. Cons: creaky floors, limited privacy with the front sliding glass door. Would be great if there were curtains or blinds. Some broken/ missing buttons in the hot tub. Pros: dog friendly, peaceful setting, quiet area, provided plenty of clean towels, toiletries Overall great experience.
Firefly cabin was awesome! We all agreed that there are not many rentals we would actually return to but this cabin was the exception. It was clean and well stocked. We loved the location and the natural light. The front & back decks made it feel extra spacious and the hot tub was a huge plus! The enclosed back yard was perfect for our dog. We will be back!

Great location but house is in need of a remodel
We had a great trip despite the house having many issues. First, the house smells. It was very noticeable for the first day, and then we got used to it. The doors all creak loudly when you open them, so if you're a light sleeper and someone needs to go to the bathroom, you'll probably wake up. I did. The towel rack in the bathroom had fallen off the wall. All the silverware was worn and tarnished. The property in general is in need of a big remodel. They're making a ton of off of this property, it's a shame they are unwilling to invest even a little. A bit of paint and some new furniture / cabinets / tile would go such a long way. It's an excellent location, but I'd probably try somewhere if possible.
