About this property

Via Jacques will be your Palm Springs home away from home. Mid century indoor/outdoor living design by Meiselman, thoughtfully updated in 2013 with a nod to the mid-century/Palm Springs modern aesthetic. Via Jacques boasts a large swimming pool with built-in spa plus unequaled views of Mount San Jacinto. Full poolside bar and lots of places to lounge in the large back garden. All of life's necessities like wireless internet, full laundry facilities, barbecue, home security system and garage with Tesla charger.
3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room sofabed to accommodate an extra guest or two. Please note I'm only allowed a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children under age 12.
Enjoy cool desert nights by the indoor fireglass fireplace or outdoor fire pit. Private, fully fenced back yard. Covered patio. Mature fruit trees and lots of palm trees.

Fantastic Property/Superb Host

Check in was a breeze, the property was spotless, and the pool very warm, which served us well as a cold front had moved through. We had an absolute wonderful time and communication with the host was the best I’ve ever experienced.

Wonderful house!

The photos do not do justice to how nice the outdoor area is at the house. The landscaping, fire pit and pool area are beautiful. Indoors the house is in excellent shape and especially well appointed

A Mid-Century Modern Oasis with Unforgettable Amenities

I recently stayed at a breathtaking VRBO home rental that exceeded all expectations. The beautifully decorated mid-century modern furnishings added elegance to the space, and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax on the property. The heated pool and spa were the highlights of our trip, and we spent countless hours enjoying these amenities throughout the day. The attention to detail in the landscaping and outdoor seating areas created a lush and inviting environment. The location provided a peaceful getaway while still being conveniently close to local attractions. The property manager offered exceptional service, ensuring our stay was nothing short of exceptional. This VRBO rental offers a stunning mid-century modern retreat with a remarkable pool and spa. After a happy and thriving experience with our first vacation rental in Palm Springs, Via Miraleste, my husband and I purchased Via Jacques in April 2013 and have gone through major renovations to bring our guests a taste of Palm Springs mid-century living with all of the amenities of today.
I love mid century design and love being a host to my guests.
My family and I live in Orange County, California, about 1 1/2 hours from Via Jacques (in another mid-century property!) and spend a good deal of time in Palm Springs tending to our properties.

Why they chose this property

I purchased Via Jacques in April 2013 after looking at dozens of homes in Palm Springs. Via Jacques has wonderful light, beautiful views of the mountains, is very private and peaceful and just has a good all-around 'feel'. I loved that the entire pool, fire pit and spa could be viewed from the living room and dining area--really an indoor/outdoor experience.

What makes this property unique

Via Jacques boasts not only a large pool and built-in spa, but a proper fireplace indoors and an outdoor firepit with lots of seating around it. I also loved that Via Jacques fulfilled my 'must have' of an unobstructed view of the mountains. The deal clincher was the poolside bar with full size fridge, large sink, and plenty of storage and counterspace to blend favorite frosty drinks. Now you can blend away and then fill your friends' glasses just steps from the pool!
