Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't of asked for a more beautiful place to stay during our vacation. The place was amazing and decorated so fun and beachy. Just a short walk across from the beach. We made the walk at least three times a day!

Great place. Reasonable priced and close to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked here as a rebook to Miramar Beach due to the hurricane. We were very happy with our choice. We had 9 people-7 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. The downstairs, outside grill/bar area with a TV was fantastic! Although we were not impressed with the grill. It took over an hour to cook 12 burgers-it didn’t get hot enough. There was also an outside ice machine in the area with all the beach stuff and that was great! We had plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and a wagon (until it broke ☹️). We were very happy with our choice in a place to stay very last minute. I only had one issue with the property management where we were trying to locate extra blankets and they just kept commenting there should be some in the closet but we could not locate. I finally told them never mind as someone in our party brought an extra one.

Winter Getaway

Easy to check in and check out also. Very good location to get around town and see various events and establishments. Communication also was fast to answer our few questions we did have. Hope to be back to see things we missed on this trip👍

Good location

Nice place. Very much a community vibe with pool in center of buildings. The condo was very nice and the location to the beach was a short walking distance. Great bar and grill in car port area. We were able to charge our electric car the whole time and that was an added bonus!!

Family Beach Vacation

Beautiful property - exactly as pictured! Just a quick walk to the beach, close to lots of activities and dining. Easy access and view of pool on site. Check in could not have been easier. We made several meals in the big kitchen, it was stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware for our family of 8 (and more!) was so nice to have the big table that fit us all! Nice selection of board and card games too!

Perfect For Families

Everything about the home was perfect! Plenty of space for families to spread out. Just across the street from beach access. The ice machine is reason alone to stay - we never had to go out for ice!! Would 100% recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best Labor Day weekend getaway. So much so, we decided to stay an extra day. The house was clean, decorated so cute, and was the perfect setup for our party of 8. The management staff was wonderful with communications and prompt in their responses. The beach is super easy to get to and the access is so close to the property. We hope to come back to Pelican Place D very soon!

Everything was good but we were told multiple times that there would be 150 fee if we showed up early and then we get there on time and we had to sit outside. The cleaners were still cleaning. Customer service was helpful with the situation and answered questions promptly. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils. It even had two coffee makers, one for regular coffee and K cups.

Great place

This place was perfect for two families (9 total) to stay! Anything more would be too much. It was nicely decorated, very clean, well equipped - blender, two coffee makers, ice maker under the garage area. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen table, couch was great. They had a nice wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and umbrella awesome cooler with wheels and a handle to go to the beach. The location was so easy to get to the beach, 3 minute walk easily, and close to Hang out and other popular locations. The pool wasn’t large, but nice and kept clean. The communication was excellent, checking in, giving ideas etc. would stay here again!

The layout was perfect for our group, offering plenty of space to relax, eat and unwind. The location was amazing with a short walk to the beach, where the sand is powdery white and the water was warm and crystal clear. There’s also plenty to do nearby- great restaurants, charming shops and even some fun excursions. It truly felt like a home away from home. Whether you’re looking for a fun-filled beach adventure or a peaceful retreat - “D” Place to be has it all!! I would highly recommend!!!!

The property was extremely clean and well managed, and we had no issues with communication with the renters. I would absolutely recommend for others to stay here. The only issue we had was with the door handle of the entrance, which came off upon first use but easily fixable. Overall an amazing experience!

Lovely Place by the Shore

The walk to the beach is across a main street but a dedicated crosswalk and beach access was a very short-walk away. Everything in the house was in perfect working order. The grill and TV on the low level was great for an evening dinner and a grilled breakfast. We spent almost every morning on the deck drinking out coffee. The rental company was extremely responsive, even on a holiday week. We would agree - D is the place to be!

Wonderful Beach Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this cottage! It was clean and spacious. All the bedrooms are upstairs with 3 bathrooms upstairs and one down. There was a beach view from one of the master bedrooms upstairs. The other master had a view of the pool. We used the washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, water dispenser in the refrigerator, the toaster, and the blender. Everything worked great. We didn't use it, but there was an ice machine in the storage area. This cottage is in easy walking distance (5 minutes or less) to the boardwalk to the beach. There is a not-very-busy 2-lane road to cross with a crosswalk. There is a storage area next to the parking with many beach items including a wagon, sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and more. There is also a blackstone grill with a large table and a mounted TV in the parking area.Even though the pool was very busy during our stay, it was very clean.There were many restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenir shops nearby.
