Welcome to Your Gulf-Front Getaway at Shores of Panama! This newly renovated beachfront condo offers over 1,100 sq. ft. of coastal comfort with stunning Gulf views. With 2 bedrooms, a cozy bunk room, and 3 bathrooms, this spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Relax on the private balcony, enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, and take advantage of resort amenities like the lagoon-style pool, hot tubs, and private beach access.
Primary Renter Requirements:
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and stay in the unit throughout the reservation. Guests may be required to present valid ID upon arrival or during their stay. Renting for another party is strictly prohibited.

Use the main entrance portico when you arrive.

Garage height limit: 6’10” – Low clearance and tight turns.
Oversized vehicles (over 6’7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.
Additional Parking Notes
Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance.
Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.
Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety. Contact them at (850) 896-5434 for onsite parking issues.
Offsite Parking Options
If you’re bringing an additional vehicle, you’ll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley’s Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner. There are 3 more public parking locations we will share with booking guests. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and manage your parking: you may download via App Store or Google Play or simply visit passportparking's website. For questions about city lots, contact Public Works.

Shores of Panama features a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, an indoor heated pool with hot tub, modern fitness center, 2 poolside tiki bars, and more.
Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.
While staying at the Shores of Panama, you’ll be minutes away from everything you could need! You’ll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley’s Museum. You’ll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids’ meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.
