Enjoy our contemporary Mexican-style retreat in E. Zapata, P. de Mita, with 220 square meters. A private elevator, equipped kitchen, WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and laundry room. Private balcony to enjoy views of Banderas Bay and the Marietas Islands. The sandy beach is just a few steps away, and you can enjoy the infinity pool in the common area. As the owner manages the property you will find anything you need for a perfect vacation.

Spacious with great view master bedroom, Very comfortable King Size bed. Bathtub in the bathroom.

The second room has two twin beds that can be arranged as a King Size bed, also has a great view and bathroom with a shower.

When you're ready to explore, the vibrant restaurant area is just a 8-minute walk from the beach or street (two ways) a quick 5-minute drive away. You'll also have easy access to essential amenities with the Ollin market, banks, and boutiques nearby. Your convenience and comfort are our top priorities, ensuring you have everything you need for a worry-free stay.

Additionally, please be aware that there is an HOA (Homeowners Association) rule that restricts children under 12 from staying in the apartment. We understand that this may affect families with young children, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

We understand the love for pets, as we have our own furry companions. However, we want to inform you that the condo rules are very strict, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. These rules are set by the HOA, and as owners, we must adhere to them.

We genuinely apologize for any limitations this may impose on your stay.
