The ground floor is steps away from the large infinity pool, which also includes a shallow area with in-pool lounge chairs and a lower, shallow children's pool as well. The condo has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to a large outdoor patio with both covered and uncovered areas which extend the indoor/outdoor living space. The large patio includes a couch & chairs for an outdoor sitting area, a dining table & chair set, plus two full length lounge chairs. The patio is surrounded on both sides by lush plants to provide a private area with gorgeous views of the Pacific ocean and the surf break. There is also private beach access to Anclote Beach for enjoying the beach and quick access to surfing. New outdoor surfboard racks have been installed in the covered area of the patio for convenient board storage, as well as additional drying racks for wet towels/swimsuits.
