I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect and I could wake up every morning and stare out at the ocean while I drank my coffee. It was the perfect size condo for me and had everything I needed to have a comfortable and relaxing month.

Great place to stay.

Great simple place to stay with the family. It has everything you need for the week or weekend. Owner is easy to get ahold of. I would stay again with this host.

Upon arriving to the condo, it was a beautiful and stunning view to the beach from the parking lot to the balcony. It was taxing bringing luggage up the steep flight of 16 stairs per flight, but once we arrived into the condo, it was as depicted. We did note once we removed our shoes that the floors were quite dirty as evidenced by the bottoms of our feet/socks. There was a stain on the mattress protector in the master bedroom and a personal hygiene wrapper left in the hallway leading into the master bedroom. We did express and send pictures of these concerns to the owner who then stated she would follow up with the environmental services/cleaning crew. Once we were settled in, linens from home placed on the beds and luggage unpacked it was quite cozy. It would have been nice to have a fold up luggage rack for the guest bedroom. One of our favorite places in the whole condo was the lovely balcony that gave a perfect view of the beach. Everything on our itinerary was in close proximity, which made this location perfect for our girls trip. Communication was great with quick responses. Overall, we would recommend this condo to friends and family.

So relaxing

Had a great stay in this pristinely clean condo so close to the beach. Beautiful balcony view of beach and ocean and was happy to see dolphins swimming offshore most mornings.

2023 Myrtle Beach vacation

Family and friends all came to MB for a wedding. We all stayed at A Place at the Beach III. Our condo was very accommodating to my family. Was a little outdated but very clean.

Location, location, location. The place is right on the beach great location beautiful view off the deck. The ocean is so close loved walking on the beach every morning to watch the sunrise. The place was clean could use a little bit of updating. It had everything we needed.

Great place!

This condo was just as listed! Very clean, and the property manager was amazing to work with. She had us in extra early because of how well she manages the cleaning schedule! Everything was clean, she was easy to get in touch with, and we had a wonderful time!

Very clean condo with a great view

The property has two nice pools and two nice grilling areas. The condo is very convenient to the beach, so much that I didn’t need my beach wagon. I highly recommend this super clean condo if you’re ok with stairs.

Our stay at Place at the Beach III

Nice little place. Other than the stairs it’s a great place to stay. It’s right on the beach couldn’t get any closer. Rachel is such a pleasant person to work with. It would’ve been great if the weather was nice. It was cold and windy 😡 all in all, I would rent this place again.

Perfect Getaway

This place was just what we wanted. Quiet, clean, and close to just about everything you could ask for. Renting the Linen was no big deal at all and costs absolutely nothing. Thank you so much!!!! We cannot wait to be back again next year!!!! A+++++

Location Location Location

We have stayed in various other units on this property. The parking in this building was most convenient. This unit was brighter and more updated. We had one issue while there but the communication with the property manager was quick and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. You just cannot beat this location if you want to be on the beach! We would not hesitate to stay here again!
