Nestled in the historic community of St. Andrews, the home offers a quieter alternative to the bustle of PCB while also offering a unique slice of early Florida history. Stroll along Beck Street to discover great local bars, dining options, and historic cultural attractions like the Panama City Publishing Museum and the Governor Stone schooner docked at the St. Andrews Marina.

The cottage itself comes fully furnished for modern comfort and features a completely updated interior with all-new fixtures and appliances. Smart TVs in every room provide flexible home entertainment. The mighty full kitchen is equipped to easily handle home cooking. Free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

When you're not out and about, kick back for some relaxing outdoor leisure in the private backyard area complete with a deck and ambient lighting for all-day enjoyment.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
