Tastefully furnished 2 bedroom,1bath fully furnished with everything you will need for your holiday. One king bed in larger bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom, 2 futon's in living room. TV, DVD,Wireless Internet, board games, Spacious kitchen/living area.Large outside private garden area with BBQ,teak table and chairs and Adirondack chairs for watching the stars !! There is also an outside shower. Very easy to walk to bus stop, several restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store 5 min away( bus or car). Twizzy charger on site.

Very Nice location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the bus stop and there's a small, beautiful beach close by. Patti and her family are very nice.

Quiet location tucked in a little neighborhood

We loved it. Everything was clean and tidy. We used the kitchen ton and ate outside every night. The location is close to the bus stops which ended up being really nice too. Patty was great and the little ones (grandchildren) were adorable.

Incredible vacation spot!

Spacious rental with all you could need. Kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking. Beds and futons were very comfortable. You're very close to two bus stops and walking distance to a beautiful beach. Patty answered all of my questions and was so friendly and helpful. We also fell in love with her pup Rudy!

Super responsive and a great apartment

The apartment was just as described. Can support a large family if desired. There were a few things that needed corrected, like a new battery for a remote and a reset of a breaker after we blew a fuse. Got it fixed within 10 minutes each time. They were also super helpful with our electric minicar. Few places have the ability to charge these cars, however Patty and the apartment does. We could not have asked for a better host or stay. They also have a super friendly pup Rudy who is a therapy dog, Rudy clearly gave us therapy too,

Fantastic Island and amazing house!

The house of Patty is wonderful, all new and very well equipped, kitchen, rooms, living rooms and bathrooms. The garden is very relaxing and the grill super. The position is also very good close to the bus station and church bay that is good for snorkeling. Bermuda was above our expectations for the fantastic beaches , truly recommended !!

Great getaway near beaches and with dark sky at night!

The property is luxe: spacious living area and kitchen, with beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, ample towels, traditional Bermudian window shutters, minimalist outdoor shower, wonderful cross-breezes inside the space. Close to busses. Patty is a gracious host with good sense.we really loved staying here!

Prefect for our family

We had a great experience. Patty was very helpful in getting us all the information our active family needed to have a fun vacation. We learned to navigate the bus, taxi and ferry systems as well as use the app to get groceries delivered to our rental. The property was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. We are planning to make a return trip.

Private Paradise In Bermuda

My husband and I have been traveling to Bermuda regularly for over 30 years, and truly this is our favorite new vacation spot. Patty and Jr were so welcoming, from setting up a cab to pick us up/drop us off at the airport, to the perfect location and well appointed, super clean home- to the wonderful conversations reminiscing about people and places in Bermuda over the years. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing and incredible 10 day vacation. We look forward to returning - soon.

Very gracious hosts. The home is recently renovated - nice, clean and well appointed, with a large yard for younger kids to run and play.

Amazing Stay

Patti and her husband were unbelievable house, we had a mishap with one of the keys and they quickly helped us out to get us resolved. The house was super clean and the dogs were the best bonus surprise. The location was unbelievable we were able to walk to a lot of the attractions, near reefs resort, and a quick taxi cab away to get to anywhere else, we will definitely be returning to the island and will love to stay with patti and her husband again beautiful home!

Welcome to Paradise

Bermuda was a beautiful vacation spot! This apartment is the definition of family-friendly with plenty of towels/linens, large kitchen and living room, beach supplies, and a washer and dryer. The space was clean and Patty the host was so welcoming and helped make our stay so comfortable with grocery and taxi arrangements. Overall very happy with our stay at this rental.

Great Escape

Our family had an amazing stay in Bermuda. Beyond the great location of the house (a short walk from the best snorkeling on the island with absolutely no crowds), this cottage escape was perfect. Set back from the road, this private cottage was spacious inside and out for our group of 5, having everything we needed. The host went out of her way to make sure our arrival and stay went as smoothly as possible, passing on many local tips and even arranging transportation when needed. The two dogs on the property made it feel like home, welcoming us each day and upon our return with wagging tails and a belly to scratch. We plan to return to the island and this great retreat.

Very nice stay in Bermuda. Would love to come back

Property was in an excellent location and was well stocked with everything we needed. Beach equipment and coolers were a big plus with this property, and apartment was very clean. Owner, Patty was especially helpful with information and arranging airport transfers and bus tickets for us. The only minor issue was in the 2nd bedroom where the A/C remote didn't operate the unit, and the speed on the ceiling fan cannot be changed. However the floor fan and cross breeze still kept the room cool, so A/C wasn't needed. My children had no complaints. Overall, we had a great vacation and would like to stay at this property again if we return to Bermuda.

Cozy apartment with 10 min walk to Church Bay

We did stay here for second time. Cozy, clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment, with everything you need. Great communication with Patty. 10 min walk to Church Bay and 7 min drive to Horseshoe Bay. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful stay

We had a very nice stay at Patty’s place. Apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was a big plus as it is a great size. The area is great, nice and quiet but still easy to get places. Bus stop right down the road is very handy. Absolutely loved seeing the dogs nearly every day! Patty was a great host and would definitely stay here again.
