The house is 0.5mi (10min walk) to historic Main Street (Hotel Bethlehem) & to the eclectic SouthSide. Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, our cozy retreat is the perfect place for families, friends, or business travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

Bedroom 1 - The Multiage Haven
This room features a modern trundle bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for two, and a children's toy chest stocked with a variety of toys and games to keep the little ones entertained during your stay. The room also boasts a spacious closet and premium linens for a peaceful night's sleep.

Bedroom 2- Entertainment Oasis
Equipped with a flat-screen TV featuring Roku, Bedroom 2 is a haven for entertainment enthusiasts. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies or catch up on the latest news from the comfort of your bed. Of course, this room also comes with a well-appointed closet and luxurious linens for your convenience. It's perfect for a couple or any guests looking for a relaxing retreat.

Due to the property's proximity to downtown Bethlehem, the property only has STREET parking. The host will provide (1) complimentary guest permit passes for no more than (1) vehicle. All additional vehicles will need to purchase parking permits from the Bethlehem Parking Authority (excluding Sundays).

Please note that Parking Permit(s) valid only in the residential 2 hour zone. Parking Permit(s) not valid at any meters, lots or garages. The parking pass does not exclude you from all other parking regulations in the permitted zone.

Early Check-In Fee: $50 (subject to availability- confirmation will be sent on check-in day)

**Check-Out Time is strictly at 11AM **
Cleaners are scheduled immediately after guest check-out. If guests remain in the house for 15 - 60 minutes after checkout time, an additional $75 surcharge will be applied. More than (1) hour = $150.
