Winter is coming but you'll be warm and comfortable in this cozy condo. Centrally located near all that Livingston has to offer, but also a quick hop on to highway 90 or highway 89 for where ever your adventures may take you. This brand new condo comes equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing home base while exploring the Livingston area. Two bedrooms, both with king size beds - and two full bathrooms, make this space extremely comfortable for the entire family. Don't miss this gorgeous stay!

We are reachable via the VRBO app, but do not live on property

It is a two flight walk up to get to this condo. There is not an elevator on the premise. Once you enter the condo you will love the modern finishes and the cozy furniture. A beautiful view of Livingston peak is just outside your door on the covered porch.

Actually we never stayed. The place wasn't cleaned from the previous renter and the owner couldn't get a hold of her cleaner. We ended up in a hotel. Did get a full refund, but was very frustrating.

Great Experience

The Pins Nest was perfect for my stay in Livingston! The property manager was great at communicating and ensuring that my check-in, stay, and check-out was successful. The property was very clean and perfect for a place for me to work while I was visiting. The location was perfect for grocery shopping. I would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay while visiting Livingston and the surrounding area.

Family visiting for friends wedding

We stayed four nights. Beautiful condo, convenient location, plenty of parking. All appliances were top of the line. Only draw back were the stairs. Arrival day was a little exhausting carrying everything up, but manageable. We had a great time, and would stay again.

Livingston Condo

My husband and I enjoyed our stay while visiting our son who lives in Livingston. This condo is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and modern. It has an outdoor patio/terrace which we did not use, but you could have coffee or drinks outside, and enjoy the beautiful mountain air. Well appointed kitchen with new appliances and a laundry room with oversized washer/dryer. Smart TV was helpful to watch football through our YouTubeTV acct. Stairs to get up to condo didn’t bother us, as we like to get our steps in!

Pins Nest to the rescue!

Because of another property cancelling on us 5 days before our trip to Livingston for a friend's wedding, we began the search for another place to stay. Boy am I glad for the cancellation! We found Pins Nest and it was a WIN! Brand new condo, with all the comforts of home. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and has all you need for your stay. Karen and Chelsea were great to work with. It is on the 3rd floor with 2 flights of stairs to climb. But so worth it! Thanks for making our stay in Livingston incredible!

I’m a retired teacher from North Dakota and my husband is a retired fire fighter/refinery worker. Our daughter resides in Livingston so we purchased this condo to have a place close to her! Extra perk: She also manages the property for us! We live in Arizona, so it’s nice to have a place to stay when we visit .
