Welcome to your new Naples Berkshire Lakes oasis 10mn drive from beautiful Naples white sand beach and famous 3rd & 5th av. Located next to store & restaurants. 2bedrooms, 2bath. Nestled on the 2nd floor, you'll immediately notice the attention from interior designer work. Your cozy screened lanai invites relaxation with views of serene landscaping. 3 heated pools and clubhouses with tennis courts and lakes area to take a break or a walk and unwind at this peaceful oasis.
Neighborhood:
Berkshire Lakes resort. 3mn drive from shopping area with Publix, Aldi, restaurants and banking facilities. 10mn drive from beautiful white sand and coconut trees Naples beach and famous 5th & 3rd avenue shopping and restaurants district.
There is a rental application to be processed by the Home Owner Association. Application fees will be paid by the owner, who will follow up on the process. Documents to be filled in will be passed to guests at reservation.
