Mullet Bay beach is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool.



This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

Great place close to the beach

We had such a great stay. The location is perfect quiet and safe, with restaurants and shops close by. The staff were very friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. The pool area was beautiful and well-kept. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

Fantastic Stay

Everything was perfect

Loved our stay

We loved our stay here! The unit was just as describe, bright, clean,. The beach is literally a 5-minute walk away, and we also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant by the pool. Staff were kind and helpful at all times. The only minor downside was that there were not enough hangers in the closet, but overall this was one of our best trips. NO

Beautiful unit

The condo was spotless and exactly like the pictures. We loved the modern touches and the view from the balcony was just breathtaking. Mullet Bay beach is only a short walk away, which was so convenient. The only small thing was that the coffee machine was a bit tricky to figure out, but once we did, everything was perfect.

Love it!!!!!!

My husband and I were not sure where to book at first, since we were looking for a quiet and safe area. Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, we found this place and we did not regret it. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us such a warm welcome at check-in. The unit is on the fourth floor. At first we thought that might be too low, but since the building is tall, the view was still wonderful. We could see both the beach and the golf course. The unit itself was beautiful, and I especially loved the unique decoration. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and there is even a restaurant right next to the pool that serves really nice food and drinks. We also visited Maho a couple of times, which is only a 5-minute drive away. Overall, everything was perfect and we will definitely book again! The only small downside was that the elevator wait was sometimes a little longer, but that is just because many guests were there, it did not affect our stay at all.

Fourteen Mullet Bay

All around it was an excellent stay and we enjoyed the unit. My only minor comments for improvement would be to allow for some extra garbage bags, paper products such as toilet roll and paper towels were barely full and no extra in the unit. The front desk did take care of us when we asked for more. Excellent unit and location. My last and only significant comment for improvement would be to have umbrellas around the chairs poolside. This has to be the only place I've stayed where poolside lounge chairs have no umbrellas! I don't know how you can expect people to relax outside in the sun when no umbrellas.
