Esta unidad final del tercer piso EN LA PLAYA ofrece mucha privacidad junto con magníficas vistas al océano. El complejo íntimo de 12 unidades cuenta con estacionamiento privado cerrado, así como su propia piscina a pocos pasos de la arena. Se encuentra frente a la playa, a pocos pasos de restaurantes y tiendas de Simpson Bay. Karakter Beach Bar / Restaurant y Mary’s Boon también están a pocos pasos de la playa. Esta gran unidad de dos dormitorios y dos baños tiene una cocina totalmente equipada y actualizada. Una gran terraza con vistas a las aguas turquesas de la bahía de Simpson con una vista sin obstáculos de los barcos que entran y salen de la laguna. Seven Day Stay

We had a great visit to the property and it exceeded every expectation we had going into the trip. The beach and pool are great. The location is perfect with restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The condo itself was great for our family of four and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back. Go ahead and book this one, you won’t regret it.

Very Nice Unit on the Beach

It does not get too much better than this unit and location in Simpson Bay. Gated parking, walk to restaurant locations/bars, beach and pool at your doorstep and then the beautiful scenery of the parked catamarans in the bay along with a few Yachts typically. 2brm and 2 bath with clean and functional interior along with a great Host. On the Beach is the a new secret location for us.

Great location

Place was great for us. We could walk to multiple restaurants. Beach had easy access, we walked it every day. Pool was nice, we use it almost every night. Bed was very comfortable. Chairs & beach towels were available, which we use every time we went to visit other beaches. Parking was easy & secure. Everything we needed was available. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

Sint Maarten Dream!!!!

This property is fantastic. Pictures and description is spot on. Property owners were so helpful with suggestions and any questions that we had. We did not have a vehicle and this property is walking distance to everything that you need. We would definitely rent here again!! ♥️🌞

Great location In Simpson Bay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and it is in a great location! Lots within walking distance for food and entertainment. Watched the ships in the Heineken Regatta from the deck - lots of fun! The pool and beach are both really good and the property was very clean. We enjoyed walking down to the pubs on the beach and to Sunset Beach in Maho to watch the planes. The condo is modern with nice furniture and beds were comfortable. Only things missing were a barbque and safe. Jeff was very good to work with and responded quickly. I would recommend this condo to others and we would like to go back someday soon!

Outstanding unit, outstanding experience

This was our first trip to Sint Maarten, and our stay in Jeff's unit made our visit outstanding. The location was perfect, of course - third floor balcony looking down on the beach and the surf, looking left and right from point to point of Simpson Bay Beach, and watching the yachts and the sunsets. But equally important was our first impression walking in the door, of a clean, well-lighted, modern, spacious unit, with new amenities, comfortable furniture, and everything you could want. Jeff was helpful, answered all our questions, gave good suggestions (including the FB group, "SXM or Bust," an amazing source of communal knowledge.) All in all, a great unit and a great experience.

A home away from home

We were two couples staying at Jeff ans Stacy’s condo This property has everything you need for an island vacation, beach, pool, view and more. Everything in the condo was impeccably clean and organized with many extras. Located near the strip in Simpson Bay, the market, restaurants, bars and shops are all in walking distance. Communication with the proprietors was excellent, they were very helpful and answered any question we had. The condo is surrounded by local homes, barking dogs and roosters can be heard from the back bedroom in the night and early morning. If you are a light sleeper, it can easily be solved with earplugs. The condo is located on the third floor, there is no elevator. It may be a difficult climb if you have mobility issues. All in all, we loved the property and look forward to our next vacation in beautiful SXM. Our stay was amazing, we would definitely return to this property. Thank you Jeff and Stacy for your hospitality.

The Condo Unit is Beautiful, Location the Best

After staying at this unit and others in the same building have to say the unit is very pretty but the main improvement would be more comfortable furniture. Couch, dining room table were very uncomfortable, as was the bed in the back bedroom. Kitchen cabinets are a bit too high to be practical for shorter people. The internet is slower than in the other units in the building. Also other units do provide some maid service once a week for the same priced unit. Other than that it was extremely nice. The games are a nice touch as are the DVD's. My kids loved the Gilligan's Island DVD. Thanks again for being so responsive and hope things go well for you with this beautiful unit.

A beautifully appointed 3rd storey condo with direct access to Simpson Bay beach. The views from the balcony are second to none. A short 3 minute walk down the beach brings you to full service bars and restaurants with chairs on the beach that you can use all day if you spend 20. A short walk into town also provides several choice restaurants and evening entertainment. Add to this a very responsibe host, and you have perfection!

Beautiful View

This is the place you walk in and can’t believe the view, it is that good. Nice and clean, everything you need for cooking , including on the grill. Jeff was awesome as far as communication before and during our stay. Thanks !!

Gorgeous views right on the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jeff & Stacy’s apartment. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and clear instructions were provided to gain entry to the property. Jeff was responsive to all questions I had and was an excellent host. The nightly view of the sunset over Simpson Bay was such a treat! We always love staying in Simpson Bay as there are so many places that are in walking distance and Jeff’s place did not disappoint. The photos supplied in the listing are completely accurate, a light and airy apartment directly on the beach with a prefect view. The complex has a wonderful pool and a cute little side yard shaded with palm trees to sit and relax. Direct access to the beach off the pool deck makes morning walks on the beach a dream. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to be your home base on Sint Maarten then don’t hesitate to rent this place!

All you can ask for!

Condo as described and is fully equipped. You cannot ask for more in a property rental. Owner is responsive and this has been one of the best experiences we have had renting from VBRO. Walking distance to a bunch of bars and restaurants and on a quiet stretch of the beach. We are looking forward to coming back anf would highly recommend to anyone travelling to St Martin.

Perfect Simpson Bay Condo

Our stay was perfect! The condo was exactly how it was described on VRBO! We had a beautiful view of Simpson Bay. We would sit out at night on our balcony enjoying a cocktail and the sunset. The owner was very attentive. Texted the day we arrived to see if we were enjoying the condo and if there was anything we needed. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!!

Fantastic accommodations!

This 2 BR 2 Bath condo is very well equipped. Every kitchen utensil that you might need was there. A grill on the balcony was an added bonus. They have plush towels, beach towels chairs and noodles for use in the pool or ocean. I found myself on the balcony enjoying the view snd ocean sound with the ceiling fan for the breeze. Fantastic experience with outstanding communication with the owner. Overall an easy rent experience.

Excellent Accommodations

These are probably the best accommodations we have had on SXM since we have been coming and that spans a period of over 20 years! The photos are a good reflection of the unit but the balcony photos do not do it justice. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The condo itself has all the amenities needed to make it a perfect stay. All in all a great place for an outstanding vacation!

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

Our first time to St. Maarten and we found Jeff’s condo on VRBO. I have to say it a looks exactly like the pictures and the pool was beautiful. The views are amazing. Beautiful sunsets! All amenities of home. Had a wonderful time and Jeff was quick in responding to any questions we had. Would definetly stay there again!

A+ location and beautiful condo

We had a great experience staying at this condo; it is right on the beach and the pool was absolutely beautiful. All the amenities you could possibly want with appliances and many great restaurants close by. We loved eating at IzI the italian restaurant and Skip Jacks had the best sea food on the island-- both very close by to the condo. We are looking forward to returning next year to St Martin.

Fantastic Experience

Stayed at this completely remodeled condo for two weeks, that is directly on Simpson Bay. It has a newly renovated pool and deck area besides as well. The owner is very, very responsive to all your queries. It is close to everything and within driving area of many beautiful beaches on the island. Make sure you take the ferry to Anguilla. It was lovely. Don’t miss all the French bakeries either. So many restaurants are lovely and the boats in the bay are so lovely to watch. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in this rental. We were so happy we selected it for our two week stay!

Beautiful location. The amenties were fantastic....all the comforts of home.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sint Maarten. We had been 2 years ago, prior to the devastation by Hurricane Irma and fell in love with the island back then. Last year we went to Aruba knowing that the Sint Maarten folks were still in the midst of rebuilding, but wanted to return this year to see the reconstruction with our own eyes. That's what led us to find, fortunately, Jeff's lovely condo. The vast majority of restaurants and tourist attractions are up and running from what we could tell. Neither of us can stop talking about about what a fantastic trip we just enjoyed, and especially the amenities of this perfectly located condo. Lets face it, we all love vacation, but none of us wants to give up the comforts of home while traveling abroad. Due to the impeccable design and decorating, as well as the state of the art appliances, it truly felt like we were in a "home away from home", other than the fact we live in Massachusetts and left in -6 weather and enjoyed a week of daily 82 weather, but everything else about the island and the condo were FABULOUS! We needed to reach out to Jeff for a couple quick things, "where should I put the trash" type of questions, and Jeff answered the call on the third ring. We appreciated his responsiveness and personality. He and his wife have thought of everything we believe as far as decorating/stocking the condominium with home necessities (grill, measuring spoons, etc etc...). Things you certainly wouldn't necessarily find in a "weekly owned condo unit" or a hotel room. We actually ate the majority of meals in the condo. Why leave with the view we were experiencing right from there? So, in closing, we can't wait to re-book for next year and who knows, maybe our Patriots will be in the Superbowl once again. We have been traveling to the Caribbean for about a decade from the West Coast of the United States. St. Maarten is by far our favorite spot. The island can be as busy and active or as slow and quiet as you choose to make it. With a nice European feel, the island brings the best dining each and every night. Truly paradise.

Our little slice of paradise is located directly on the beach. Unobstructed views of several neighboring islands greet you each morning and send you off each night. The pool is on th ocean side of the property allowing you to sit poolside and watch the waves lap on the beach without leaving the friendly confines of the complex.
