House Rules and Guidelines 🚫 No Parties or Events: Making parties or events in the property is strictly forbidden. 🕙 Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm. 🏢 Condo Policies: All guests must follow and comply with all terms of Rosa Loft condominium policies. ☑️ Terms of Service: Guests must agree to all terms of service on Airbnb and provide a valid working phone number. 🔑 Lost Key/Remote Fee: There`s a US$50.00 charge for lost keys, remotes, or keycards. 🛌 Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Any number exceeding this limit will be asked to vacate. 👫 Visitor Policy: Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. 🏠 Declare Overnight Visitors: All overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation. A $45 fee per guest per night applies after the second guest. Visitors staying longer than 4 hours are subject to the same consideration as overnight guests, with an undeclared guest fee of US$90. 🛁 Stained/Damaged Items: Any towels, sheets, or covers found stained or damaged will incur a $30 fee each. 📞 Local Residents: Local residents must contact the host prior to booking. 🚭 No Illegal Drugs: The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. 🚬 No Hookah: Bringing and consuming hookah on the property is strictly prohibited and subject to expulsion. 📢 No Loud Speakers: Loud speakers are prohibited inside the apartment, pool area, and common social areas of Rosa Loft. Any hookah or loud speaker will be seized and returned to its owners at check-out. 🚬 Smoking Fee: Smoking fee is US$350. 🧹 Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee will be charged for an extremely dirty home, beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave a home. ⏰ Late Check-out Fee: Late check-out beyond 30 minutes after checkout time incurs a US$50 fee. Beyond 2 hours, the charge will be for an additional day. Please be considerate of future reservations. 🏠 Complaints and Remedies: If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, we reserve the right to access the property to address and remedy the issue. ⛔ Violation Consequences: Violations of these house rules may result in booking cancellation and removal from the property without refunds. You must also acknowledge 💰 Security Deposit: If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.
