Welcome to your home away from home. This remodeled 3-bed, 2-bath home is perfect for individuals, families, or anyone visiting the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, oak laminate flooring, A/C. The home is ideally located near Seattle, within walking distance of local shops and restaurants, Downtown Seattle and the Alaska cruise terminals are only 15–20 minutes away, and Seattle–Tacoma International Airport is just 10 minutes.

Welcome to our beautiful home featuring three bedrooms, one with a luxurious king-size bed and the others with comfortable queen-size beds. The two full bathrooms each offer a tub with a showerhead. With parking in front is available for two or more cars. We have a smoking area in the back with a patio table.

Our fully remodeled house, kitchen includes new appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats six people. Additionally, we provide a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. Stay connected with our WIFI internet and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV with streaming services.

You have full access to the entire house and cover patio. The outside basement entrance is securely locked and closed.

All guests must be included in the reservation. Additional Guest Fee: The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. An additional fee of $35 per guest, per night applies for each guest beyond 4.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a minimum fee of $75, but it is not guaranteed and may be declined depending on scheduling. Please contact the host for availability.

All guests are kindly asked to share the reason for their stay before the reservation is confirmed.

Special instructions for dog owners (please read):

Only dogs under 20 lbs are allowed.

Pet fee: $140 per stay.

Dogs that shed are not permitted. No pets on beds.

If a pet is brought without prior notice, an additional $350 fee will be charged.
