Home away from home.

Kick back and relax in this new calm, stylish and spacious two-bedroom basement suite that feels like home. Fully air-conditioned during summer and well-heated during the winter months. This environment is strictly smoke-free and pet free. It gives you a sense of peace. This house is close to several shopping centres and eateries, Stoney Trail and Deerfoot. Few minutes' drive from major tourist attractions such as Calaway Park, stampede, and one hour from Banff and Drumheller dinosaur world.
The space
The first bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own dresser and closet and the second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed with a walk-in closet. The rooms are really spacious and the living room and dining areas are inviting and makes you feel you are at home.
Guest access
There is a side entry door that gives you access to the basement without any contact with the main floor.
During your stay
Guests can contact me by texting or emailing me. I will be available most times of the day to answer questions except during sleeping hours from 11 pm to 7 am.
Other things to note
The basement contains carpet throughout and removal of shoes is mandatory once you inside the landing at the side entry entrance. This is a brand-new home and there is a washer and dryer.

Nice Place for Family

Basement apartment is spacious with king and queen bedrooms. Large couch. Very clean. Location is way out in the suburbs but convenient to Highway 201 with stores within a few minutes’ drive.
