This one bedroom with comfortable queen bed, one full bathroom, living room with full sofa couch and room for self-inflating queen air mattress is most comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. The small kitchen area is perfect to prepare your breakfast or light meals. A covered community grilling area is just across the parking lot with fire pit and outdoor seating.
Olympic size seasonal saltwater swimming pool, swimming/fishing dock on the lake, boat launch and designated trailer/boat parking.

What a wonderful stay we had! This condo was so fun! Think “dirty dancing” resort! These were built in the late 40’s-early 50’s, knotty pine walls etc. our host was super informative and helpful. The location was perfect and close to many amenities.

There were no surprises, the property was just as advertised. Exactly what I was expecting. The lake was beautiful and all shopping and dining was never more than 5 or 10 minutes away. Hot Springs is a very easy place to enjoy and relax. Philip, the host, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend his property

This was exactly what I needed when we booked this. My husband had just passed away so this was a trip for my daughter and I to have some time to reset. The property itself is right on the lake and is beautiful. So quiet, but still close to everything in town. Owner was very accommodating and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

From the time of booking until we checked out, Our host, Philip was very responsive with my questions, provided us with everything we needed plus more for our stay. The condo was so clean, comfortable and the views can’t be beat. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful

Check-in was so easy. Host gave easy and simple details. Everything you need to know was in a binder as you as you walked in. No hassle. The host is super nice and quick to respond. The lake is nice swim to in, and so is the pool. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. You want peace and quiet. This is the place.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Philip was an exceptional host. He was communicative, attentive, and clearly committed to providing a seamless experience. The home was spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and very comfortable. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful view of the lake made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. We truly appreciated the care Philip put into every detail and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The property is exactly as it looks on line, but cuter! We sat at the kitchen table and had coffee every morning while watching the lake "wake up". The host was helpful and friendly! I will be back!

PERFECT!!

I am very over-worked and over-stressed in my job, and this was the absolute best place to chill a few days and hit my "reset" button. We loved every minute at the condo. It was so close to everything we needed - every time I put something in the Maps app for directions, it would be 7-8 minutes away. :) We enjoyed sitting on the porch every evening, watching the boaters, tubers, and skiiers go by. We talked and unwound from the day and just relaxed, knowing we had nothing pressing to do. The pool was extremely relaxing as well.Patrick and Cindy thought of EVERYTHING in the condo. There were so many special touches and little "extras" you don't find in most rental properties. They truly went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of their guests. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Hot Springs, and will definitely stay here again and again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place!

The view from the porch was so peaceful. The place had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable as well. I plan to come back when I visit hot springs again!
