The inside of the house was clean, but the front yard area had pieces of broken glass in numerous spots and all of the back area really needed to be mowed. It was inconvenient that the only way to get in the back yard was to go out of the front door…. That was the only exterior door. And the big “gate” to open up the back yard was awkward and heavy. The TV had no connections, so I wasn’t able to even get local channels, much less any cable or satellite stations. It would’ve been nice to have a few paper towels in the kitchen also. The bed was comfortable enough, but small and was set up high. There’s a hill in both directions from the house and traffic isn’t always cooperative, so caution is advised when pulling into the driveway.

Great location, promixity to a lot of Hot Springs Offerings

Overall the location is great for adventure. Close to the Gardens, the casino, and everything else Hot Springs has to offer. The place wasn't as clean as we would have liked. All the tables were sticky, dusty in some places and their was a mildew smell coming out the air conditioners.

Mistake

Not sure if these listing photos were doctored using a "filter" or "AI", but the interior was not as it appears in the pictures.After a short time at the property we left and booked a hotel instead. I emailed the property manager to let them know we would not be staying there but never received an acknowledgment of my communication. We never sought or expected a refund, just didn't expect to be ignored.

This place was amazing for our stay in hot springs! Location was amazing, we were able to enjoy cooking, go hiking and even walk to the park next door because of the excellent location!

It was fine. No complaints about house. It was clean and worked for what we needed. I was disappointed that I reached out to contact via email and phone call prior to the stay to verify that they did have a grill. No response whatsoever. Luckily they did have one but it would have been nice for somebody to respond.

Very clean, perfect size for 2, close to downtown. Needs more than 3 towels and better quality, they were too thin. Bed needs mattress pad. Glad to have washer and dryer. Would stay here again.

Hollywood Drive, Hot Springs Anniversàry Trip

My husband and I visited for an anniversary trip. The stay was nice. The road, however, was busy all hours of the day and night ànď we nèver got the internet working so there was no tv the entire 4 days, but it is in a great location- cejtral to the city.

The little house was wonderful. But was not what had listed. There was no garden and the noise from people behind the house was extremely loud. Right in the middle of town. There was no horseshoes. It was priced higher than it should be. Made sure I cleaned up before we left. Toilet flushed super slow and the tub didn’t want to drain. And there was no sheets or blankets for the hide a bed. Could use larger towels. On the plus side it did have washer and dryer. We had to was towels after use. Really no privacy. The road in front of the house and the side stayed quiet busy.

Close to Town & Pet Friendly

This property is close to Oaklawn and pet friendly, so my husband and I choose it when in town with our little dog. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay.

Outdated listing

Made 2 phone calls to property manager left one message with my phone number, it was never returned. Walls had cracks in them, they were stained, holes in door, ceiling fans covered with dust, no water or Mountain View’s. Side street was a dump site with complete toilet and a mattress was dumped while we were there. It is definitely not a quiet neighborhood with what I would describe as an underprivileged neighborhood less than a quarter mile down the same street. The yard looked like a dump site pushed into the woods surrounding the cottage. So overall, the listing doesn’t match the property. You’re charged cleaning fees and we have to clean it before we leave, why is this or the damage wavier necessary? When you arrive to a property in this condition. We stayed only because of the time constraints of our trip, we were catering a family wedding. Drove from Southern Mississippi excited about an advertisement for relaxation, that wasn’t possible in such a small confined space.

Thanksgiving Stay

I enjoyed my stay. I stayed three nights. It was just me and my little dog, and it was nice to be able to bring her. The house is conveniently located, but not as close to the park as I thought. I thought from the pictures that there was a fenced yard, but that is not the case. There is a fence along a portion of the front, but no other fencing. I would definitely stay here again, but I will probably bring my own towels and washcloths which is fine. It is a great price and a good location. It suited what I needed.

This was the perfect location and exactly what we needed for a weekend trip! Our tv wasn’t working upon arrival and Elmer immediately came it fixed it for us, he was great!

Cute Cottage, bargain price!

The property was very clean and well-equipped and we enjoyed our stay very much. The street was busy, with a 30 mph speed limit that most people seemed to think was just a suggestion. Since the bedroom was in the back part of the house, we didn't hear the traffic as much when we slept.

Great location

Overall, a great location. Right between Hot Springs National Park and the Garven Woodland Gardens. The only difficulty was the driveway - just a little tight but we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Labor Day weekend trip

We enjoyed our stay for what we needed. The location is very centrally located. A few problems we had was there was no blow dryer when it was listed there was one. There was also a lot of dust under the bed. On our first night the circuit breaker flipped around 2:30 am for our bedroom. We were able to get in contact with the host around 8:00 am and we told the circuit breaker was in the back of the house. Once we found it the power came back on. The second night the hallway circuit cut off. Since we knew where the breaker was we fixed it right away. The window units kept the house really cool and we loved that. All this being said it good for the price we paid.

Great location

Nice, clean property! It’s located behind the casino and you’d never know it. Quiet neighborhood with a friendly, retired couple across the street. He even gave us fresh peaches!

Could not get ahold of the manager the toilet would not flush the tv had no station that would work.

The floor was nasty do not know if I will rent from y’all again unless y’all fix the problems
