Beautiful level home on a wooded acre that feels like you are in the country, but in the middle of the city. The heart of the home has been converted into a two bedroom, one bath suite. All one level, no stairs or obstacles. Read ENTIRE description below for important rules on this city property.

Dine & shop within a short drive in any dir. 5 mins from 285; 11 from Buckhead; 15 mins to 75/85. Perfect loc to start from. Park 10' to door. No stairs.

This home is split into two units. All the photos are of only this unit. Information on the second unit is available by request, if you wish to consider having additional bedrooms.

Please note: Only reserved guests are allowed on property. Anyone not on the reservation (2 reserved, 8 come in) are $50 per person, per night. No parties, no events, no smoking, no pets, no exceptions to these requirements.

It was a nice place to stay when we werre visiting ATL. I needed a place to stay pre and post surgery near Northside hospital. It was a great location close to everything basically. House was clean and we had everything we needed. The host was responsive and we appreciated the checkins. Will stay here again in the future.

Home away from home

We had a delightful stay here in Sandy Springs. The home is conveniently located to almost everything. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome place!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed every bit of it! The property is so nicely decorated and maintained, and the location was probably our favorite aspect. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by other beautiful homes, yet the other homes are not too close so your have some privacy. The house was very easy to find and it is not far from the city at all! It was a great place to come back and relax after exploring the city. We will definitely be booking here again when in Georgia!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SPACE! This was such a lovely rental in a great location! We had family in from out of town, and this was within 5 minutes of our home and incredibly close and convenient to highway travel. Couldn’t be happier!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at this beatiful property while visiting family in the area. Beautiful and peaceful setting with super easy access to hwy 400 and anywhere you might want to visit in the metro or surrounding areas. The home is nicely appointed and super comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions. We will definitely consider this property next time we come home to the Atlanta area!

Great location

The home is in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Very convenient to everything. Property is extremely clean and they have everything you need. Only issue is thermostat is locked so you can’t adjust it. During the day no issues with that but at night bedrooms were a little hot and had no fans for air circulation. Otherwise the property is perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Home

This rental exceeded expectations in every way! You will find it nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is both convenient and safe. Outside, the grounds are well manicured and there are multiple exterior spaces to enjoy. Even the carport is adorable! Inside, the unit is spacious and well appointed with nice new appliances, lovely decor and the comforts of home. The beds are so comfortable and you will love the bathroom with large shower and dual vanity. This one will not disappoint!

Absolutely fantastic

I’m not sure where to begin everything about this listing was perfect. We were in town to go to Northside hospital for a few days. The house was not far at all to the hospital and there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t close by. The house was beautiful and one of my favorite things was sitting on the back patio in the evening watching the deer nearby. Michael and Bianca were the best hosts! They knew I was having some personal difficulties and they offered multiple times to help me if I needed while I was there. Will most definitely be staying here again when I’m in Atlanta.

March Visit

We had mixed feelings about this house. The location is excellent. It is convenient to the highway, yet in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. Everything is in good condition. The surrounding woods are lovely to look at from the living room. The master bedroom is very spacious, although we were surprised that we had to go through the second bedroom to access the bathroom. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. We had an issue with noise. Adjoining rooms and the loft above are rented to others and the sound carries through the walls such that conversations are clearly audible. The owner was very understanding about the issue and told us that he was planning to install panels to reduce the noise to the rooms next to the living room.

Spacious home, exceptional host.The home is clean, nicely furnished, well maintained, quiet and safe. It is in an established neighborhood with easy access to 400 which gives you a short drive to Roswell and the northeast communities. The bed was comfortable and the shower was newly remodeled with a magnetic dock for a handheld shower head. The large forested lot and patio were a bonus. The host responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again.
