Feel as if you’re stepping back into mid-century Miami and enjoy our fully furnished 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apartment. Our cozy home is equipped with a recently renovated kitchen and bar, a queen sized bed, a comfortable living room area and WIFI of course!
The space
Where are we located?
“La Casita” is located in Miami’s Upper East Side, a privileged location only 15 minutes away from Downtown Miami and Wynwood, 10 minutes away from the Design District, and a bay away from North Miami Beach!

Our apartment is walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Miami, historic museums, and a pier with a beautiful ocean view. There is a bus station only 5 minutes away by foot, and Uber and Lyft rides are always available. You will also have your own parking space for your vehicle.

Bringing your furry friends?
We are super pet friendly, but there is a pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pets before booking. The pet fee is just $25 per stay to cover the extra cleaning.

Cleaning during your stay?
If you want to clean the space during your stay, let us know and we will send our cleaning lady. The discounted rate is $70.00.

What is the apartment equipped with?
Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen Sofa Bed, and sleeps up to 4 people. Silverware and dish sets for 4 people. Fresh bedding for the master bedroom and the sofa bed provided. Clean Towels for 4 people. Cable TV and High Speed Internet included. 1 Parking Space available. Keep in mind the A/C unit is in the living room, not the bedroom.
Guest access
“La Casita” is a gated property, located in a safe and quiet community. It has a shared BBQ Grill area for its 4 apartments to enjoy. The area is equipped with a grill, an outdoor patio sitting and dining area, and a lovely hammock for you to relax on. You are welcome to use it anytime, just make sure you clean the area after using it.

There is also a Shared Laundry room, located at the rear corner of the building. You can find the key to the Laundry room in a lockbox on the door with the code 1130. Please leave the key in the same lockbox after you are done. Keep in mind that you will need coins (quarters) for the laundry; it is $1.5 for one load of laundry.
