The Grand Kimball Lodge is a premier Logan Square loft and a trusted production site for brands like Adidas, Ford, Jack Daniels, Chipotle, FanDuel and more.

This space spans the top two floors of a century-old building with exposed brick, timber beams, and hardwood floors. The unit includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, and a 12-person dining table.

The Space -
A standout feature of the Lodge is the wood-burning sauna housed inside a repurposed shipping container.

• Private Outdoor Area: Relax in the courtyard, complete with a fire pit, grill, and dedicated seating area.
• Entertaining Spaces: Enjoy two large sofas, dining table for 12+, foosball table, Bluetooth speaker, board games and a 80’ smart TV.
• Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, large island, and all the essentials for preparing meals.

Sleeping Arrangements -
• Bedroom 1 : King bed + twin bed nook | En-suite bathroom with tub/shower
• Bedroom 2: King bed.
• Bedroom 3: King bed, two twin beds + twin bed nook | En-suite bathroom with a tub/shower.
• Bedroom 4: Two queen beds + twin bed.
For families traveling with children, a pack-and-play and a high chair are available in the unit.

Other Things to Note -
• The unit is accessed via a staircase (20 steps), with an additional internal staircase (12 steps). See photos and floor plans for reference.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are limited and may not be available. Please check with the hosts.
• Free street parking is available, check street signs for time restrictions.

Loved this stay the space was incredibly cool, a ton of space, and such a fun gathering space for friends and family to hangout and enjoy each other's company. Bob and the Dwellish team were incredibly accommodating! Highly recommend this place for a fun and unique stay!

We had a great stay at the Grand Kimball Lodge. The property is very spacious, was very clean, and the host was very responsive and timely in answering our questions. Would highly recommend staying in this property. Heart of Logan Square is a short walk from the property.

10/10!! Kimball lodge was amazing. Location is very walkable to coffee shops and some restaurants. It’s a ton of space and very comfortably slept our family of 10. We met the owner Bob, who was extremely hospitable and gave us a tour and history of the building. Would stay again

Amazing space, fantastic location.

The most spacious and cool place I've ever stayed with a group - we had 14 and more than ample space.Bob was a champion host, giving us plenty of recommendations in the area, firing up the sauna, and giving us the lowdown on Grand Kimball Lodge.Very easy to get to & from the airport, as well as downtown. We absolutely loved our stay, and the trip wouldn't have been as good if we stayed anywhere else.Thanks Bob & Blue!
