About this property

BEAUTIFUL FULLY FURNISHED TWO BEDROOM HOME FOR RENT IN WHEATLEY RIVER

Stunning views of the surrounding farm land.

Electric, heat, hot water and wifi are included.

The house is fully furnished with kitchen appliances and two baths. It is located about 20 minutes to UPEI and Charlottetown.

Please contact us before booking with any questions and to confirm availability. The maximum number of guests is 4. $50 per person/per night over four.

One Bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen bed.

The living room is fully furnished with a small TV. A full deck is off the living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer are on the main level. A security system monitors the outside.

The minimum stay is one week during June - August. Monthly rents and longer are preferred September - May.

Snow removal along the driveway and lawn care are included.

Sorry no pets and the property is smoke free.

30 day getaway

We had a small booking snafu prior to arrival which was quickly resolved once our host Randy was made aware. Communication during our stay was prompt with helpful replies. Overall the home is as advertised and in very good condition. The king bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, WIFI is fast. We also found the washer dryer very convenient. Initially we thought the location was out of the way but quickly realized that we only 15-20 minutes away from Charlottetown, Cavendish beach, North Rustico (Blue Mussel Cafe), and many multi use trails. We would certainly book with Randy again if the opportunity presents itself.
