The Paradise @ 48th Street.

Interesting, we enjoyed hosting Marcella, very good communicator. We regret not informed of the concern. We were under impression that actually we did well. Guest booked a room with two queen beds located in the lower level of our property. We noticed they were four, we felt compelled what we thought to upgrade them to an stand alone two bed room condo. One room with a King bed, another with a queen. We were even open to allow her friend checking in prior to the principal guest arrival! We were under impression that we were doing an upgrade that will please the guest, but Helas, sorry that we did not satisfy the need. I wish we were notified immediately, we would have kept yo in booked room.

Christopher, Sorry for this inconvenience and sorry that you felt that way. We honestly believed that your stay went well. The place we posted is located in the basement of the house. We live in the house. We clarified to you and the postering is clear that the only thing we share is the laundry area. During your stay, no one shared your area even if it’s a two bed rooms that we can have another guest in the other room. We did left you by yourself. As for the parking, we really have an open parking for our guests including the street. We did not know that improvements to one of the side of the parking will bother you. If that was the case, we would not have accepted your reservation during the time our contractors were on the site. In short, the area yiu stayed in was the way it was posted, actually we get praise on the cleanest, and comfort. We will be sure that we communicate clearily in the laundry sharing in the future.
