**The Sea Oats HOA is undergoing some minor building renovations during November. There will be noise and dust during construction hours (typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily M-F with makeup days on weekends). The hot tub will be closed during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. **

- We provide starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies.

- Okaloosa Island is less than 7 miles west of Destin. Because we don’t have high rises, we have the most stunning, unspoiled beaches that aren’t crowded with so many beach chairs you can’t even see the water!

- Our condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!

RULES
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.
• Photos include staging before professional photography.
- Two parking passes are included with your reservation - only 2 cars will be allowed to park on property.

*Departure instructions – we do ask that our guests remove all trash and food, start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes, and strip the beds. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!

Stunning views & Family friendly!

As soon as you walk in the view of the ocean is breathtaking. I really liked that it was a top floor, end unit and it felt very family friendly. Would definitely book again!
